Hi there! I've been absent from LCF for a few months and have met you yet, but I just HAD to stop by and tell you that I LOVE the title of your journal. I love it so much, I'm going to print it out and hang it on my fridge for inspiration!
With an attitude like that, you are BOUND to succeed! |

Hey all. Today was a busy day for me. I had to run a few errands and I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast. I was out and about and I was getting super hungry. I also started to get overwhelmed with all of the running around that I had to do, not to mention that earlier on in the day I was bit stressed out over something that happened between my bf and his mom. Me and my bf also did some grocery shopping and if your anything like me then you know that grocery shopping on an empty stomach is a recipe for disaster... I managed to make it out of the store intact..but once I got out of the store I was feigning for food! I was right next to a Wendys and I had made up my mind that I was going to get some burgers. My boyfriend tried to talk me out of it but my mind was made.. I wanted burgers. Bread and all. I was going to slip up. Pulled up in the drive through, there was another car in front of me.
Then it hit me. I started thinking about how crappy I would feel after, both physically and emotionally. I thought about how I needed to break the cycle once and for all and stop putting my health last. I started to back out of the drive through( Good thing there wasn't a car straight in back of me lol). I pulled out and drove home and made a low carb meal. I did good today. I am proud of myself. ![]() breakfast-nothing lunch-lc hamburger helper knock off that I got from the recipe section, was really good. Dinner-3 chicken drumsticks and some creamed broccoli |
