Scales are holding still.....
Lunch....none..

Steamcleaning the carpet...
Going to work on puzzle to relax...
No snacking....
Going to be cool for here AZ (nice)

Water....Get that water pitcher empty...

snack...cyrstal light....fruit punch

Finished with the decorations on the Lg tree DH put up last nite...
Christmas Village is in place and looks great....

Keeping busy....Feeling good Clothes feeling loose now...little at a time...

Was a good day...Just relaxed and looked thru recipe books for Christmas baking ....Found several LC Cookie recipes I will try for sure....

Breakfast...Ham&Cheese omelet
Dinner....Seasoned Porkchops and green salad with ranch..
Snack...fruitpunch Crystal Lite and shelled sunflower seeds...

The house is pretty with all the Christmas Village lights on...Country scenes...Getting excited for kids to get home for Christmas...

Grilled turkey and pork roast on the rotisserie
Cornbread dressing /turkey gravy (family)
Mashed potatoes (family)
Fake Potatoes ( Califlower with butter,cheese, sourcream)
Greenbeans cooked with onions and bacon
Summer squash casserole with butter,shredded cheese, garden veg. creamcheese sauce
Green salad....ranch dressing
Deviled Eggs
Dinner rolls (family)
Desserts....pumpkin and sweet potato pies, several cookies choices (family)
Pumpkin , Banana nut flourless/sugarless poundcake LC
LC cookie...??? Just in case I need some.....lol

Dinner....Went out to Country Buffet.....Proud of myself....had steak, a baked chicken thigh, steamed broccoli with a sm. amt..of cheese sauce...sm...portions of green salad,ranch dressing....No desserts....

Yes lots of good fried items were in front of me and for a moment I just enjoyed looking at it all....the fried onion rings were calling my name lol....but I just walked on pass and found the broccoli instead....the desire was there but the craving was not that strong enough to want to cheat....great....

DH ordered my new oven so it will be here Sat...yea....

Good day today...proud of myself.....Went shopping and made no stops for the drive thru windows anywhere.....past history would have been....Start my day driving thru for a biscuit with all the trimmings...(maybe two)...hashbrowns, diet coke...then if I shopped thur lunch I would roll thur the drive again for Chicken nuggest...20 piece...maybe fries....and another diet coke lol...wow....I worked on that one even before I started back with my LC woe ...but it still it there in my mind...it was part of the fun dayout.. I didnt eat breakfast which I always do but I came home and made lunch for myself....So proud of me....

Bacon, scrambled eggs topped with cheese sauce and chopped toms....

Dinner...not sure yet..Salad with Ham slices......easy...ranch dressing
DH is just finished placing the new oven in and the counters back on....Will be so nice to have an oven again....Looking around online for new recipes for Christmas for family....

Raining outside and cooler today...nice...

Well I cooked my first meal on my new stove...yes..it was ofcourse LC...just bacon & eggs but that is just ok.....
Taking a lazy day today to just relax....read, watch some football ...our Cardinals are so lost this year....and ofcourse I am a Texas fan being a Texan ...just live in AZ with DH..lol

Scales are looking great but will not change any numbers for now...like to wait....

Still searching for LC desserts....found a strawberry cobbler with almond flour and splenda....will try it out....

Feeling good....have noticed I am not eating all that is on my plate now.....my stomach is telling me I am full I guess...and I just have been pushing that plate away....

Well started baking for Christmas....make my LC pound cake...and almond cookies.....they are not bad..so I will have them if needed....Going to be busy with the rest of the baking the next couple of days....looks like we are going to have more guest join us....

Well another long day but it has been wonderful...feeling like Christmas now....Baked all day and worked on gettng last minute cleaning....:I made so many cookies and didnt eat one....yessssss I am so happy about that...made some more LC Cookies for myself and they came out better this time....Went to Country Buffet for supper and I had steak and greenbeans with cheese sauce on top....I am finally am not over eating at all ...I am determined to make it thur the holidays with no gain...that is my goal for myself...I bought the first diet coke this week when I was out shopping and I took a drink and never did finish it...My goal will be for Valentines Day..our wedding annv....Want to do something special with DH.....
Tomorrow the kids will be here from Tx...I am so excited.....

Have done pretty good with all the cooking I had to do ....Stressed out day with some family problems with our kids and we stopped at Buger King....A chicken sandwich with half of sm. fries....
Christmas day today and back on track and ate only LC meal ....
Scales still looking good....
Going out to lunch with son before he leaves for Texas so will go to whereever they chose to eat....

Proud of myself .....with all the baking and cooking I have done for so many family and friends over the last few days...I have not gone wild with temptation...after lunch tomorrow I will be on the road again.....No pounds gained.....

Well took a break and enjoyed a carb meal with my family ...I did well and I didnt over do it ...So now I am ready to be back to myself tomorrow morning....Just DH and me again so will get my next goal ready....Valentines it is....wedding annv...so that will be nice...

Great Christmas....Sent goodies to everyones homes and cleaned what I could out of the icebox....so ...ham omelets, garden salads with turkey on the menu tomorrow...,

Well a new year has started and I am starting with a fresh start again....did well thru the holidays but now back on board....
Lots of good low carb grocs...stocked up....projects ready to get started on.....

Trying to remember I dont have to be in the fast lane anymore .....take my time and enjoy each day .....

Off track for awhile so now I am back to start again....life takes turns we dont think about until it happens....so afew lbs back on ....Now to get moving again..
Getaway weekend coming up for Valentines day so that will be my first goal again....It is our Annv...and alot of walking to do at Disneyland...Need to get some extra walking in my day for exercise.....Get moving Mary.....
