Thank you!
The last few day were so bussy! Thursday night I had to get home from work by public transport, this takes me about 1.5 hours. Usualy my husband picks me up, but he had a Volleybal game at an impossible time. So thursday night was gone. Friday I we had friends over and went to a party called Geigerteller. This party was so much fun. It was in an old hospital that is changed into student living quarters. The music was industrial like, and I danced the night away. The next day (after 4 hours of sleep) I had a photoshoot with a victorian lingerie theme. Don't worry I will not post any here. The photoshoot was with an old friend of mine, and we had a ton of fun. I had my hair and make-up done by a make-up artist, and just had to sit back and relax. I did went totaly off plan. Usualy I plan my meals when I am going away for a day, but this time I did not. So I bought a sandwich and cookies as the train station (the shoot location was a 3 hour train ride away) So today we slept in, I really needed that. I hope I will not gain to much by behaving so badly. Time to get onto the Stepper and burn those sugars.

Sannie, what a busy few days! As far as the sandwich and cookies, forgive yourself and move on. The big thing is to not let one slip de-rail you. I hope this will be a great week for you.

Well I did not gain any weight this week, did not loose any either. But that is ok, last week was a large loss.
Today is sewing day! So I am going to finish off this awesome leather corset, and work out. I wanted to run, but there is a huge amounth of snow outside, so that is not really an option. Indoor stepping it is then. Yesterday on Tel Sell (don't shoot me I sometimes watch that) there was an add for the Insanity Work Out methode. 60 days to get you body in shape. It looked really hard! Not sure it that is something for me, and it is too expensive to just give it a go. Do any of you have any experience with this video set? |

I've never done Insanity, but am interested in it and have heard a couple people say they love it.... I have Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and it is awesome! I had gotten about half way through, then fell off the wagon when someone came to live with us for a bit. I am "planning" to start it again March 1st...

Hmz maby I should see if I can find some insanity samples on youtube. See if it is worth it. My Step broke down! Now I can not sport in house anymore. So tonight I went swimming, but it was so very crowded in there. I hope the Husband can fix the step. |

I would think you could find a sample of P90x or Insanity online to test it out. If not, maybe try something like Ebay and get a used set. Maybe your library has a copy?

That might be an idea! I heard that a friend of a friend bought the set and did not used it, perhaps I could borrow it from them!
It was my birthday yesterday and I totaly fell of the wagon. Had pizza and cake. I am having a hard time getting things started again after Christmas. Doing good at the workout department, but I am so hungry all the time! |

Happy Birthday Sannie!
Best thing I do when I am trying to kick the carb monster to the curb is to eat my favorite LC foods that have a good bit of fat in them. Eat until you are full and you won't miss the carbs so much. |

Eating fat really helps! Thank you Frankie.
In januari I did 15 workouts, so that is about one every two days, altough I did do more workouts in the beginning of januari than at the end. Today I started with the Insanity thing. And OMG I was right it is hard especialy with all the jumping, but I am sweating like crazy so it must help. And since my step broke down I need to do something. I did get dizzy half way trough the work out, and I am nowhere near as fast as the people in the video, but I need to start somewhere right? |

Great job on starting the insanity workout. I think you just have to do what you can until you build up your stamina to be able to keep up with the video.

Thank you guys. I have been away for a while. When I am staying away that is generaly a sign that my diet is not going so well.
At my bday I had cake, and last week a subway sandwich. But all in all I did loose 0.8 pounds over the last two weeks. Insanity is going ok. It is hard, and I am not doing it every day, just every other day. The first time my muscles hurt so bad! But I am already feeling that I am firming up, and that is the goal of working out. And I feel like a Boss when I am all sweaty and my legg tremble from the hard work. Endorfins, the best drugs ever. Anyway, looking at my endomondo chart I really do see that the first three months (without cheats) I lost a lot, very fast. Now that I have let go at christmas and my birthday it shows in my chart. I am losing less fast. Luckely I am still losing. So this weekend (fry-sat-sun) I am doing an eggfast. To get things going again. I will try to update more! |

Good luck with the egg fast. I hope it is something that is satisfying and fills you and gets your weigh loss going again.

I also hope it will help my weightloss. Need to loose so much more. ;-)
But it is filling, and that is the best part. I am no longer constantly hungry. That is really nice, and it makes me feel in controll again. I am not going to weigh in until thursday, so then I will know if it did work. :-) Today I had a friend over for a sewing date. We both love to make clothes, and it is even more fun when you make them together. I finished this velvet gown for a photoshoot (nowhere near my size, so it can not dissapear into my closet) ![]() Time to walk the dog. |

Well it was as I feared, I was eating eggs for two days, then went back to normal eating. Had little carb slipup with cappuchino's and lots of fruits, and I gained 2 pounds.
:/ Today we had my grandfathers birthday and he had a catering company prepare the food. (chinese) I think there was sugar in a lot of the sauces, because I am feeling a sugar dip again. I am at my best weightloss when beeing a mono eater. Eggs in the morning, salad as lunch and meat with veggies for dinner. Or sometimes just meat for dinner. TIme to get back to that and stop experimenting with yoghurt, sugar free icecream and fruits. I have 20 more pounds to loose this year! |

I have been doing ok this week. And altough I did not do a weigh in, my clothes feel more loose again.
Tonight I am going out with a friend, and I think I am going to do some cocktails. |

Getting back to basics is the best thing to do when you have had carbs and sugars. I can eat the same basic things over and over for weeks and then will switch out one or two things and eat those over and over. I like the comfort of knowing I am eating what is good for me and that I don't have to think about it further.

Thank you Melanie and Frankie,
I am still alive, just insanely bussy! So much to do. Had a photoshoot today, and it is so nice to see in the pictures that there is less of me. People are surprised when they see I am still losing weight, and wondering when I will be done with it. Well I am done when I am at goal, and nowhere near it yet. ;-) Dieting is going fine, no slip ups this week! :-) TOM is here tough, so I am not weighing, as I know I am retaining water. :-) |
