It was a DD so I was hungry. The potatoes didn't seem to curb my appetite. It may have been because I ate lunch at 12:00 pm though. I usually put off eating on a DD until after 2 pm. It worked even though I had a higher DD than usual.

Andrea~I ended up buying the tiny little cheesecake bites in the frozen section at Sam's. I knew making brownies was just a bad idea, there is no way I could resist those! It's going to be hard enough as it is, I was drooling as we were buying food today for it!

I should see another nice loss tomorrow if my sneak peek before my shower is any indication. It's a good thing too because I struggled with hunger again tonight. Maybe I need to try to wait longer to eat my first foods?

Today's menu:
Dosed @815, 130, 10
My last dose was so late because Tucker had nursemaid's elbow again tonight so I was holding him for a couple of hours.

9am: hot tea
1130am: Atkins shake
12: Americano with milk
1pm: grissini
430pm: grissini
5pm: apple
6pm: chicken breast
1015: apple

So, another day with no veggies. I think I need to make a taco salad or something, that sounds pretty good.

I have a cold and I just noticed my throat is starting to hurt all over again. Ugh.

Today has been my best day so far, I haven't been hungry at all and my energy has been great.


Today's menu:
Dosed @815, 2, no night dose as of yet
930: americano with milk
215: Atkins shake, grissini
530: 1/2 grapefruit
545: taco salad, grissini
845: pickled hot cauliflower (a bit rogue I suppose)
will have an apple in a bit

I hardly peed at all today and have a headache so I'm trying to drink some water.

Sorry about the cold. I have been dealing with one all week. I can't shake it. Sore throat, congestion, cough, the whole nine. I've been taking tons of vitamins, gargling salt water, and have finally started taking some medicine.

I know it's ridiculous but I'm not excited yet because my clothes aren't fitting any better yet and I don't feel slimmer BUT I do feel so much better mood wise and physically so that's what I'm focusing on right now.

I am so exhausted! Left the house at 820am and just now getting home at close to midnight! Hurdle #1 of the weekend is over. I didn't do perfect but was pretty good considering the circumstances.

pulled pork (about 6 ozs total all in one sitting)
6 little pretzel/hershey kiss things popped into my mouth somehow, hopefully they won't hurt *too* bad considering how good I did the rest of the day!

Tucker hurt his other arm today *huge sigh* He is asleep now, I so hope it's better tomorrow so we don't have to go to the doctor!

Tucker's elbow was dislocated again, he finally let me set it for him this morning. Google says he should outgrow this by the time he's six, Google had better be right! Seriously!? Twice in one week on different elbows???? Good thing I seem to have perfected the reduction to get it back in place!

So, I survived the birthday party without cake and ice cream. They had celery and strawberries out so that's what I had. And even though I would like to pretend I was perfect today, I wasn't. I had too many tastes and bites of this and that but I really don't think my calories exceeded 800 today so I hope tomorrow's weigh in goes okay.

Today's menu & indiscretions:
Vitamin water zero (two of these, I can tell I am very deficient in B vitamins as I get cracks at the nostril and corners of my mouth when I am)
Grissini
Smoked pork (approx 3.5 ozs, did not have a scale with me)
probably 6 of the pretzel/hershey kiss sandwiches, one bite of a cookie)
Americano with milk
Celery and strawberries
Atkins shake
crumbs at the bottom of a Doritos bag.

So, yeah. Not exactly protocol abut it is what it is (I hate that statement but it fits here, LOL).

I was so busy today! I have to say, I am so thankful for hcg right now. Not only is my energy wonderful, my mood is too! HCG helps me feel so calm and balanced, it was just the "zen" I needed in my life right now!

Had a kind of hungry day today....did okay though. The kids and I went to the zoo for 3 hours today so lots of walking and stroller pushing. I've also been thirsty and peeing a lot and I am finally feeling quite a bit thinner!
