Hi Ladies. Just checking in before I get ready for bed. Today has been a good day. No raging hunger at all - and also no cravings that would describe my peace .

I weighed this morning too, and the scale is down a pound from yesterday 220.8, new low in 2013!!

There was a terrible accident on the Beltway this morning which caused me to arrive to work later than usual. Thank God for core hours, lol.

Anyways, today is Weigh In Wednesday . My weight has been UP and DOWN lately, but it's all to be expected. I do feel like and fluffy this morning So I'm hoping for good results. If not, I won't fret. My "REAL FOOD" diet plan is working so well for me.

Well, off to weigh.

I hope you all are doing well.

I love being on salary on days when I'm running late, but when I'm working from home or OT Ummm lol

Good morning. Thanks ladies. I weighed, but I decided not to share until I do a final weigh in at the beginning of Feb, because although I weigh weekly, I am only recording my weight on the 1st of each month. So far I have lost 5.6 pounds in the month of January . I'm happy with that as my goal is 4 pounds per month.

I'll be back tomorrow with my starting weight for February. I pray I'm at or under 219 .

ETA: As the days go by, I am gaining more and more control over the foods I consume as well my hunger - and it feels MARVELOUS, BABY!! :jump: The lifestyle that I've created for myself is one I can stick with for the rest of my life. It's all about learning and putting those good principals into action - and make them fit for me!! I feel good about this. NO MORE GUILT or pressure of trying to stick to a plan perfectly or feeling like crap when I can't follow it 100%.

I'm on my way....

I agree 100% on this, if it isn't a lifestyle change; you will continue to be on the roller coaster.

That's why I've decided to follow low carbing until I lose most of the weight and then while I'm maintaining, I'm going to switch over to Weight Watchers and see how that goes.

Thanks Ladies. I'm not just talking this time. I'm actually living the life and it feels great!

So, I will continue to check my weight on wednesday, just to keep an eye on things; but I won't announce my weight "publicly" until the first of each month.

Did I tell yall this already?



Anyways.... Here are my stats thus far:

1/1/2013: 227.0
2/1/2013: 220.2

Total for January: 6.8 Pounds

My goal is 4 pounds per month. Not bad. I am shooting for 215 by March 1st .

I like losing at this pace. No pressure .

Okay, gotta go get food and cleaning products.
