Nothing new to report. Just eating well and living life. I'm going to try to get some sort of exercise in today while at work. Maybe walk the stairs after lunch.

Hey Meek! Did you see that tomorrow it could hit 70?! Warm today too..this is crazy winter weather. I'm thinking we will have another hot, hot summer..ugh.

I know healthy eating and exercise will lead me to my desired weight - therefore - I am in no hurry to get there! Although I check my weight often, losing weight is more than just "seeing" that magic number.

This time around, I will take my time, learn good habits, apply them to my life and pray they stick! Maintenance is harder than losing weight. So I will be reading and learning all I can on how to protect and maintain whatever weight I lose. I refuse to lose/gain and have to repeat this vicious cycle all over again .

I'm doing this again...but this time IS the last time!

Let's be the best US we can be and pray we can learn about ourselves this year and the years to come to avoid putting more weight on. Changing my goal to 180, which is realistic for me this year. I'll work on losing the other 40 pounds next year. As long as I'm not fat upon graduation, I'm good. I don't want to be a fat nurse. LOL.

Yes Meek, one day at a time. You can do it...just keep doing what you're doing. I also agree that having mini goals is more encouraging than focusing on a final goal. Be safe today..the weather is going to be tricky. You're lucky..federal govt can leave early if I'm not mistaken. I work for the county govt and they only close or let us leave when it's already unsafe and we're in it already.

Good morning Ladies. Just a quick hello as it is extremely busy here today and these aholes are working my LAST nerves .

OPM granted us UNSCHEDULED LEAVE and/or Telework option. I chose to come in since it hasn't started snowing yet -- but I plan to leave a little early today. I need tires AND brakes. Ugh!

Eating Wise: I feel good about today. Just eating LC foods when hungry, drinking water, and going about my day. LOL.

I hope everyone is doing well today. Keep up the good work and be safe out there.

Happy Friday. Just checking in really quick. I've been up pretty much ALL night, thanks to Christian being off his normal sleeping schedule .

Anyways, I did a weight check, and I'm back down to 221.8 My goal is to lose and maintain each lose from month to month in hopes of reaching my goal weight of 180 sometime this year. I'm giving myself 12 months to lose the remaining 41.8 pounds .

I think this is a good place to start... so far so good!

I hope everyone is doing well. Keep up the good work and have a fabulous weekend!!
