Hi Ladies. Sorry I've been away. Just trying to finish out this semester. Classes end on 12/17! Thank God!! Next semester is going to be crazy as I am taking 15 credits. Trying my best to graduate in May

Eating Wise: All is well. I'm not on any particular plan. Just eating when hungry; mostly low carbs and everything else in moderation. So far so good --- losing about 1 pound a week .

I hope everyone is doing well? Keep up the good work!

I'll check in again soon

I know you got this! Congrats on being almost done! WOW!..

Your eating front sounds alot like ours.. I think this is the best way to handle the holidays for sure... at least for me. Check back in when you can!!..

Happy New Year!

Sorry I haven't been around much. Busy!

I started the Dukan Diet (with healthy fats), Attack Phase to jump start my weight loss for 2013. I started on 1/1/2013 at 227.0, and on Saturday, I weighed in at 221.6.

I ended the attack phase after 6 days and today is a "protein/veggie" day. I love the concept for the Dukan diet, so I will most likely follow it for awhile - at least until I graduate from the 200's

Then I plan to transition to Paleo/Primal which is VERY similar to Atkins, but it the primary focus is real whole foods. Nothing processed! I'll actually be following paleo/primal while alternating from pure protein and protein and veggies.

Gotta do what works, right?!

No weight loss goals set. Don't need the pressure. Just taking one day at a time.

Good morning, just posting a quick update on my weight.

221.8 this morning.

I'm just a few ounces above my weigh in on Saturday. No biggie. It's just water. However, I can't "weight" to get out of the 220s

Hi. Just a quick driveby to say hello to all my friends here . Nothing new to report. In the beginning, I was weighing everyday just to track my progress on the Attack phase. Now that I'm cruising, there is no need to weigh everyday - just on Wednesdays.

I need to do my virtual walking this evening. My commute is so exhausting and all I want to do is shower and hit the sack when I get home, but... I gotta stay active!

I may even take a nice 30 min walk this afternoon when my director heads into a meeting at 3PM. Yeah, that's what I'll do since it's pretty nice outside today.

Well, that's all for now. I'll be back tomorrow. I hope everyone is doing well on their plans.
