Hi Shari. Thank you so much. I can't wait until I'm finally able to come off the BP meds. Girl, I need to get me one of those bands!! I think that is a GREAT to use as a reminder!! So happy the band was able to help you stay in control and make the right choice. I just had dinner and wanted something sweet, so I thought about heading to the store to get a SF snack. But, I'm not really hungry -- just craving some comfort food because that is what I normally do on Saturday evenings. I choose to be in control RIGHT NOW so I'll pass .

Hi Ladies. Just checking in. Well, the day is almost to an end and I stayed on plan It's been rather easy, and I'm so happy that I have strength to do this. The scale moved again this morning. I am back down to my JUDDD weight. If I can just get pass 218, I'd be so happy. I have been stuck around 225-218 for MONTHS and it's so frustrating, but... I'm on my way this time .

The day I see 215, I'm going to throw a party right here in my journal .

Well, I'm off to do school work. I have a little under a month to go before the end of this semester. I SO cannot wait!!!

Great Morning! Checking in before I head to work...running late today

Well, it's been one week since I've re-committed to Atkins, and I'm down 5 pounds total .

I am happy, but...

Nah...at this point I just need to remain focus, stay encouraged, and keep moving forward. Despite what the scale read today, I will NOT give up!! I really want to see where this journey will lead me again.

So, my carbs were over 80g yesterday (cals within range) and I am the same weight as yesterday (220). I think it is too soon to eat this many carbs while trying to lose -- so I will stay in the 10-30 range for a little while....I'll do induction, if need be, but right now I can't commit to it!

Okay, I'm cleaning up my eating today....215, here I come .

Stats:
11/13: 225
11/20: 220

I forgot to add that overall, I feel great! My tummy looked a little smaller this morning; my bowels are moving steady; I'm taking my vits/drinking water; and I'm starting to move more now

My lipids are going to look GREAT in 6 months...and the weight will eventually come off, but...not if I switch up. I need to start showing some consistency. I promise I won't quit!!

Besides, people are work are watching me and I want to make their freaking jaws hit the floor!!

This attitude of yours is infectious!!! I love it!! Congrats on feeling better, eating better and just deciding this is it!!!

Continue with your plans, and I know you will succeed!!! It is so funny that without even reading this yet, I had decided last night that I was going to commit to this 6 days I am home to more induction type eating. Lower carbs for 6 days to see if it makes any difference.

I hope you have a FANTASTIC WEEK!!!!! I will check back with you and cheer you on lady!..

Oh, and I truly believe that lowering the carbs WILL make a difference. That is what I plan to do too. I keep saying I can't lose weight while consuming so many high carb foods which is the culprit.

If "I" cut my carbs intake, the weight will melt off!! It NEVER fails!!

I must really be allergic to carbohydrates -- for real!! Its sad, but whatever!!

Good morning, Ladies, and Happy Thanksgiving to you all

I have no plans really. We "might" go over Ma's house, not sure yet. I really just want to stay home, lay in my bed, and watch television ALL day .

My husband wants me to cook: mac n cheese, fried chicken, greens, and two sweet potatoes pies... . Uh...we might be taking a trip over his mom's after all, because I don't feel like cooking - let alone that crap!!

Anywyas, yesterday wasn't the best low carb day. My intake was over my intended range. I'm eating squeeky clean today. I had a cup of coffee, 3 bacon strisp, and 1 HB egg for breakfast. off to a good start! .

My agency heads granted all employees 3 hour early departure today, so I'll be leaving work around 130p this afternoon .

Well, what did you decide?.... I would stay home too, but not wanting to cook all that crappola....

I made a pretty basic Turkey meal.. my kids are picky so not much to the side dishes... nothing that tempted me!

Well, I ended up cooking what the hubs requested and I ate some too. I had a little leftovers this morning as well. My next meal will be low carb .

Hello. Just checking in. So glad to be back at work today. Back to the basics for me. I'm starting a 6 months hair growth and weight loss challenge and will be documenting my progress on Youtube. I'll post the link later. I just ordered the Canon EOS Rebel T3i digital camera and I can't wait to receive it. I take AMAZING pictures and records top notch videos!! So excited

Well, I'm doing a 2-3 day Fat Fast to blast my way into ketosis. Today is D1. So far so good .

I have a lot to do here at work, so I'll check journals later.
