Hi Sandy! Today's weather was phenomenal! 70 degrees The grandkids really enjoyed be outside. So did I ! (tomorrow-rain / Thursday back in the 30's)

Today's food stats: 740 cal / 8.5 net carbs

Let's hope both of our weigh ins are AMAZING tomorrow!

Happy Dance Day! 158.8

Now, will it stay this way for a few days? I hope so! I did end up having 3 squares of dark chocolate after dinner . So my overall calorie/carb intake was higher than the previous post. But it didn't affect the scale, so for that I am truly thankful! It was steak and salad last night and tonight will be baked fish and either spinach or salad. Hopefully I can reach 155 by the end of March!

Yhea Susan you are really knocking that weight off you.....you have such determination when you want something....
I woke up to 160.8 my body is doing everything to keep me in the 160's lol but I am not done with it yet...watch out fat as I am coming.

Your grandchildren are adorable, totally beautiful, they say the cutest things when they are that age, you must have a lot of fun with them.

It' a slow moving scale - 158.4 . I have seen this number since December 17th. That's when my weight started to climb. So, on I go to get the number down. Happy with the fact that I'm feeling in control and not ravenous for junk food anymore.

We had 2 beautiful spring days, but today the wind is fierce and the temps are only getting up to 35 today. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! Hot broth would be comforting today!

I know what you mean by a slow moving scale.. I have been in the 140's for longer than I want to..

You still lost .4 of a pound lol....so way to go, what you are doing is working for you so keep at it, ...that would be amazing 155 by the end of March, its doable I know it is....I am shaking mine up again today, still confused as to what at the moment, every time I think I have a plan I change my mind to something else lol....still as long as we stick at it then it will work....shame about the weather though changing for you, it gave you a taste and took it away, it will be back again soon, I bet your grandchildren have a blast with you.....they are so adorable.

Thanks Laura! The kiddos are growing up so fast! They will be 4 in September - hard to believe! We did have a great time being outside for 2 days. Today was so windy and cold, we had to stay in .

I'm trying really hard to be slimmer by this summer. Have been a very good girl lately - hope it lasts!

It is moving down - almost 2 pounds since last Saturday! That's a good thing!

Thanks Becky! I'm so glad you are back! I do feel slimmer, but want to feel skinny !

The sleeping calories were interesting, thanks for posting that...I think we need more naps lol....just over 50 calories burned for taking a nap, I didn't even know we burned calories while we slept.
Your scale is going down everyday, that is so cool to see....you will be skinny, you are working so hard at this you deserve to be skinny....

Congrats--- Love seeing the numbers going in the right direction for you! So glad to see that you are really "feeling" it and eating clean/avoiding junk. It's a tough mindset to get into but once you're there it makes staying on track so much easier.

Keep up the good work, the scale IS moving!!!! You have 2 weeks left in March and barely 3 pounds to reach the end of March goal, that's pretty good girl ;-)

But my weight is 157.4 this morning! I have not seen this number since April 2013. I am beyond excited to be getting back to a lower number and a slimmer body! I want to change my siggy weight, but I don't want to jinx myself. I think I will wait to see if it holds.

Hey Sandy! It is nice to know that we are burning calories while we sleep!
I wish I could sleep more than 6 hours thought - no matter what time I go to bed, I naturally wake up 6 hours later.
