Food + exercise journal - Support appreciated :)

Tomorrow I will be embarking on a 1200-cal per day plan, focusing on whole foods, proteins, vegetables, and fruits and limiting processed carbs and sugars. I will post my weight and actual food eaten and exercise completed tomorrow! I always have a hard time sticking with these plans, so any words of encouragement would be appreciated Thanks!

Meal plan for tomorrow:
--morning run + yoga--
Breakfast: smoothie: 1/2c frozen berries, 1/2 c kale, 1/2 c almond milk, 1/4-1/2 c plain greek yogurt + Green tea.
Lunch: 1 c steamed veggie medley, 1 orange, 1 c peach greek yogurt
Snack: handful baby carrots
Dinner: (It will be a challenge b/c I'm going to a potluck party) BUT, I'll bring a salad, then have small portion of main entree + small serving of potato bread.
AND, of course I'll have plenty of water throughout the day!

11/11 Log + Plan

Actual log for 11/11:
Brunch: Berry smoothie w/ greek yogurt/kale/pineapple/etc. and 3 c steamed veggies
snack: pumpkin smoothie + carrots
D: salad, hot dish, pumpkin bars (defs a splurge)

Plan for tomorrow:
B: Smoothie (carrot, pineapple, peach?)
L: Broccoli, soup? carrots, protein? fruit
S: greek yogurt
D: Salad w/ apples + pecans, more veggies/side of protein or soup
Run 70 mins, skate 60 mins

I'm trying to stay at 1000 calories per day. Need (really WANT) to drop 8-10 pounds before December. I started last year on 12/12 and can't get to the 30 pounds lost mark and make it stick! Driving me crazy! But I have an issue with being good for a couple weeks and then being really bad for a few days and re-gaining. How's it going for you?

Good for you! Sounds like an awesome goal. I'd also like to lose 30 pounds. It's been hard to get in the swing of things and avoid temptations. I find that when I eat a moderate portion of carbs or sweets I just crave them more and end up overeating. So I am going to avoid having those trigger foods in the first place and go for more raw veggies! I know I'll feel more refreshed and satisfied. My plan for tomorrow:

--AM run or ski and/or strength--
B: Berry/greek yogurt/kale smoothie, green tea, rice cake (210)
L: Salad (with 1/2 tbsp caesar dressing OR walnuts), apple, broccoli, carrots (250)
S: Carrots, fruit, greek yogurt (275)
D: 1 c steamed veggies, peach/pineapple/carrot smoothie (300)
S2: 150 cal snack of choice
