This picture does not show just how stunning Danni was last night on the show..kinda blurry..



but wow.. I am TRULY inspired by this young lady.. she gives me hope.. she gives me the desire to do this once and for all.. its not about how stunning she looks now.. but the happiness she puts out!.. when you get as big as I am.,. you get down on yourself and you have no hope.. you think.. how can I do this.. whats the use.. and there is no way it will happen..

After years of watching this show.. I believe its finally set in.. it CAN happen.. will it happen as fast as these contestants on the show.. no.. I don't have , nor can I afford a trainer.. nor can I work out 8-9 ours a day.. but what I CAN do its eat right.. what I CAN do is MOVE.. what I CAN do is make this happen.. Its all on ME.. no one else.. ME.. and I am strong.. and I have the ability to make this happen..

so who's with me? D.. you've done this before.. and you CAN do this again..... you have me now.. and when we get to goal.. we will not let each other mess this up.. Don't you want to feel the happiness that Danni and Jeff showed last night? I sure do.. ..

ok menu.. eggs and sausage.. huge salad.. lettuce.. can of tuna.. onions.. radish (match sticks) tomato.. ranch dressing.. din din.. cubed steak.. kale and a small salad..

and half a scotch egg...

made 5.. I'll have 2 for the next 2 days..

I tried sleeping and slept for a bit, but now I'm wide awake. I had a pudding cup tonight and it had sugar alcohols in it. My tummy is just a gurgling now . . . bathroom issues as well. I'm going to have to eat them, though . . . maybe I'll get used to them? Who knows?

I think I'm going to head to the gym. TTFN and BBL

Had a discussion via text with my sister today. She has lost some weight.

She asked me how I was doing and I told her that I was very obese and that i was afraid to lose the weight. She couldn't understand . . . she said, "Why? I feel great!"

Then I got a message from my dad via email today . . . he was trying to be supportive and everything and told me to visualize when I was thinner before and yada, yada, yada . . .

I bring all this up because I "feel" like I'm losing weight . . . I wish it wasn't so intimidating to me . . . I feel so vulnerable taking off my armor.

Your armor is just a cover up... you do NOT need it.. you have a strong mind and can speak your peace... so stop letting this bother you girly.. YOu have God... God will protect you and he should be all the ARMOR you need.. TRUST that!!

please don't let this derail you.. we need to get healthy..

Raini went where Raini ALWAYS goes... another funeral. This time it was dh's cousin's. He had a heart attack at age 40, then died of cancer.

Todays menu..

B.. 2 egg scotch things

L.. salad.. lettuce.. 1 boiled egg.. deli turkey..sprinkle of cheese. half a tomato.. 3/4 cup cottage cheese.. ranch dressing..

D.. almost half a rotissory (sp?) chicken.. and Linda Sues.. Alfredo Zucchini noodles..delish!!!

S.. 2 sf jello cups.. 4 sliced strawberries and some whip cream.. nice sweet treat!

ok thats it for the day..Hope you all had a splended one :P

menu for the day..

B.. huge 3 egg omelet..with zucchini.. onions and mushrooms and some cheese

L.. was way full to eat anything.. did get hungry wround 5:30.. so I ate a baby bell cheese

D.. meat loaf and more zucchini that I made last night..but had to cook again.. :P

Unfortunately, the scale doesn't seem to be budging. I'm up 0.2 on the numbers. No worries, though. By the feel of my legs, it's water weight.

my scale is showiong up as wlel.. and but more then that.

we'll see.. feeling sluggish today.. but I slept well..

Lunch was the chicken.. then stopped at Krogers on my way home and got another.. ate some of it and a salad for dinner

well as D said.. a little is better then a gain :P.. lost .5 this week and thats ok.. 2 sticks of Butter..:P..

I grabbed my brekki and loaded up lunch for everyone .... everyone but ME.... made ham and beans and corn bread for the guys at work.. was meaning to bring my rotis. chicken and left it.. gotta go0o0o
