Left for the show with the thought that we'd eat there... we were in a suite and figured there would be yummy food... wrong! So, being at a sports arena of course there was the token hotdogs & nachos, etc..

I ended up having a hotdog and some beer

we were starving after 3 hours so we stopped for a couple tacos.. I was good and only had 2 but I figure all the sodium in everything I had, and not to mention the hour..somewhere like 11'ish, was what doomed me on the scale. Ah well, it was a great night with awesome company and fabulous music!

Still watching your progress! I am impressed and thinking I need to look into this JUDDD plan!

I did a 20hr fast one day last week and dropped 2lbs on the scale. Weight has been so stuck.

I, of course, had too much for Thanksgiving which was fine..it was planned, but then REALLY had a struggle getting back on track. One "cheat" meal should not turn into a "cheat" WEEK!!

Feeling like crap and back on track today. Hope to stay on track until Christmas.. Want to eat CLEAN paleo and do a once a week fast..

Proud of you!

Hey Mama!!

I am loving this plan. While it's not for everyone, I think that it can be adapted to fit just about any lifestyle. LMK if you decide to try it. There is still so much I am learning, and I'm finding out alot about myself along the way too.

I think everyone had "too much Thanksgiving" Totally agree about how hard it is to get back on track... altho' this time around I had zero troubles because of the way this plan is laid out. It was just my UD and that was that, onward! Brave girl with the paleo thing, I don't think I could do it! And wow on the 20 hr fast! !

Paleo is pretty easy for me especially since when I eat grains now I feel physically ill. It also makes sense to me to eat FOOD, not chemicals. God that sounds preachy!!! lol! I do really well when I am eating good foods...CURED my depression/anxiety. I am eating this way for the rest of my life for that reason. But I don't see why one couldn't do JUDDD and eat paleo also..

I get ya. I don't tend to eat much processed either, and try to stay away from alot of junk.. however, I can still rock a ribeye steak and a big ole beer like no other there is ALOT to be said for the effects of lc and depression, I am a huge proponent for it. Absolutely, JUDDD can be done with any plan, that's the beauty of it all! However, paleo = no dairy, correct? Yep, not happening in this house!

Thanks Blonde!

The scale is allllllll over the place... I believe my scale is about to go to the scale heaven in the sky... it gave me so many random numbers it took me 15 minutes to weigh today. It gave me weights of 99.0 and 147.5 and 255.0..those are the highlights... the other numbers were all mixed in between there.... the 235.5 I finally took after getting it at least 3 different times through out OYE!

Time to shop for a new scale..
Not lookin forward to that because no doubt the new one will weigh me more than what I'm ending my month with....and THAT makes me cranky!

Another paper due today in my History of Rock class... disco.... fun times!!!! Gonna be uber bummed when this class ends, it's been SO much fun.

Anyways, time for school and some coffee...

this is exactly what my dh said! Then again, with my luck it'll weigh me 10 lbs more or something lame like that.

I'll try my scale tomorrow and see what happens, maybe it was just a fluke. The gain may be real, not sure...I am feeling sort of bloaty and puffy this evening and wondering if I'm just retaining some water. Time will tell, but no matter what, I ain't givin up.

And really, if it does stay at the 235 mark...then well, I DID make my initial goal for November and that's all that matters. The extra 3 would been the icing on the cake, yanno? Here's hopin!

Contemplating December's goal. Got my work cut out for me there..... Vacationing in Vegas AND Christmas all within the same week is gonna be rough. May opt to try and just maintain for a few weeks at whatever weight I end up at when I get closer to that time? Hhhmmmmmmm.....

Thanks Gail. I have to remind myself that I *have* lost something, but when the scale does stupid things my brain starts workin overtime with all the "what if's" Gotta stop that!!! Bracing myself for everything to slow down soon, I'm just relieved to have found a plan that I can live with day in and day out and know that I AM doing something to help myself.

So, after looking through some old weight lists I had laying around from many attempts at this thing we called weightloss....it appears that I have a little set-point resting here in the low 30's... seems my weight goes wonky in the ranges of 230-234'ish and bounces wildly back & forth into the upper 30's range....... Lovely. My body seems to enjoy this area and attempts to hang on for dear life. WTH for, I ask!? What's up with that?! Now that I've seen this I guess the next few weeks will be a challenge for me to see if I can breeze on through and be done with them hopefully forever. Crossin my fingers!!

Hey miss thang! I thought I'd follow your link and see how you were doing in more detail. Hope you don't mind! Listen, ignore the mind game lingo crapola...you are doing GREAT! Just follow the plan and trust the scale (whichever you end up using, hehe!) will follow a downward trend. You got this!

PS: whatcha studying in school?

Indeed, did you win girl????? I called my Dad (they live in MO) alas, he didn't even buy a ticket. Called my sister, she didn't either. Her hubby did. She was going to call him and ask if he WON! He assumed he didn't as he got up and went to work without thinking of it. I am sure he didn't, but it is fun chatting about it!
