Up all night with DD16 Thursday night. Nausea and anxiety..poor kid. I don't think I shut my eyes until 7am Friday morning when the sun was coming up. Long day yesterday of dozing on & off, watching an SVU marathon and reading... For whatever reason I was craving chocolate ice cream like crazy..I haven't eaten ice cream in oh, say, 3 years??!! DH brought me some because I knew I wasn't going to be able to sleep without having some Didn't overdo it, but it was a DD so probably not the best choice.... I probably had around 600cals yesterday. not so "down".. meh.
I did however go right to sleep after the ice cream

Scale moved some..still keeping me above that "30" mark..
Perhaps if I'd have behaved myself yesterday I may have seen lower?

Anyways, DD16 is feeling better after sleeping super well Friday. I am finally back to the land of the living.

Feeling human today.

UD yesterday. Eyeballed about 2400 calories..it's that damn ice cream. rest of calories were good ones, just that ice cream..and c'mon, who seriously only eats 1/2 cup of ice cream.

Scale holding pattern still.. up .2. Not bad for an UD.

Headed into a strong DD today. No hunger to speak of. That's a huge relief!

Oh. I must vent a little. So, I've posted about how Jillian Michaels was going to do a book tour for her new book..I thought, wow cool.. Well, she apparently is doing it like some sort of rock star and holding these things in major arena-like venues. Tickets ranged from $45 up to $150.. the cheapest I'm assuming is nosebleed. Seriously? Definitely not like the good ole days of when I saw Bob Harper up close & personal. Amazing time. So disappointed about Jilly, but I'm not forking out $150 bucks.. That's half of what my P!NK ticket cost..I'd rather go see her again and be majorly entertained
But I digress.....

D- that is crazy about Jillian I love her but I wouldn't pay that much to go and see her I am too cheap for that!!! Here is to a good week, we had a Fro Yo open they have sugar free and fat free frozen yogurt, it was good til I topped it with candy LOL

I don't understand "charging' to have a book tour. Isn't she trying to sell books? Do the tix include a copy of the book? It would be better if she did small venue 'signings' for her fans. I'm not so much. I've reached an age where bullying could be handled by a punch in the nose.

Stacy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's soooo good to see you, mama!! I certainly relate to the regain..I lost 80lbs and regained it all 2 yrs later..I feel ya. I hope you will enjoy JUDDD as much as I have. Admittedly I had a couple hiccups in Jan but I attribute it to being sick for a super long time as well as dealing with perimeno issues ...I'm sticking with it and making it work because I love the flexibility and forgivness it offers my lifestyle. I do hope this means that you're going to be around here more? Puurrttty pleeeze!

I have no iea what it comes with...in all honesty i was so shocked by the prices I didn't get past that part. I guess I automatically thought it'd be like when I went to see Bob Harper for his first book..small, intimate..he spoke for about 40 min. and then did book signing and pictures. So fun! I like the things she has to say, cause I truly believe she gets it.. she has had experience with being overweight unlike the other 2 trainers on the show.. Funnily enough, there is something to be said about her grinding at her clients like that..brings up alot of the emotional problems to the surface very quickly.. while I dunno how I would do in her presence, i do know that I inadvertently did it to myself this past summer when I was pushing myself hard with working out..was amazing the things that bubbled to the surface!

OMG, I swear my body or the scale is playing a super mean joke. Awesome DD yesterday and wake up today to 230.0 EVEN... Last time I was 230.0 was on 2/15... Getting old!!! Today's UD will probably bounce me back up again tomorrow.. I jumped on my old scale (Yes, I kept it! ) to see and on that one I'm at 227.5..

Anyone watch the Oscars? I'm not sure how I feel about Seth McFarland. While I can certainly say he is a talented guy, not sure he is the right fit for this kind of scene? Found myself missing Billy Crystal Even Whoopi! Thrilled that Argo won best picture, and I will continue to stomp my foot at the idea that Ben Affleck was robbed for a best director nom. Adele won for Skyfall and sang it beautifully as usual..love that girl. Jennifer Lawerence wins extra points in my book after tripping over her dress on the way up to get her award..poor girl..at least she could laugh at herself! And OMG...W.T.F. with Kristen Stewart!!!! She looked like she was in the middle of a bender with her hair all over the place, her sweaty face and way dialated eyeballs! Not to mention all the bruises on her arms and on crutches no less... OYE! Train wreck at its finest....Daniel Day Lewis..the most eloquent and sweetest man.

My biggest thing right off the bat; I couldn't get over the fact that Seth McFarland looked like Peter Brady. Adele's my girl..she is somethin. I actually have Skyfall as one of my ringtones..gives me goosebumpy's I love it so much. TBL: Alex went home. She looks great. Jillian seems to be so frustrated thsi season, I wonder if she will come back next season. The kiddos are doing great, so inspiring to see! Kristen Stewart can look beautiful if she'd finally just get over herself..the whole angst thing is old and she really just needs to smile and accept that she chose this life...yes, people are going to want pictures of her! Bradley is so cute..gotta love him. I thought he was great in Silver Linings Playbook..intense character I found myself holding my breathe through most of that movie.

Well, girls...no go. I was up to 232.0 Too much sodium but stayed pretty well with calories..I believe I was about 90 over. Lots of water too. Just not enough to keep the scale from going crazy. Meh.

Today's a DD. Trying to keep the cals low but I'm hungry today...

Actually Janet, I have measured a couple weeks ago after initially measuring over 2 months ago.. I had lost like 1.5 inches...alittle from everywhere.. Nothing significant.

Maggie~ the bounce on a daily basis doesn't bother me like it used to. It's a game of sorts for me, I guess? I just look at the trend in the long run...the sucky thing is that my "trend" right now is in *pause* since I've been sitting in the low 30's since December..
