I think it's between Django Unchained, Silver Linings Playbook, or This is 40.. I guess we'll play it by ear depending on how long we take for dinner and showtimes..

Let's hope it does after dinner out last night! ... biiiiigggg bounce up!

Dinner out was so YUM. Went to Rock Bottom..hadn't been there in months and months.. I kinda overdid it, I think. 2 beers... 3 wings, 8 chips w/ guac..and dinner was a mac n chicken thingy.. I didn't eat all of any one thing, just noshed.. but definitely salty. At the movies I ended up swigging down a giant Coke..shoulda prolly had a water, eh? Had some grapevine's and no popcorn...

We saw Siliver Lingings Playbook. Intense movie in many ways. It was nice to see Bradley Cooper in a serious role. Definitely put "Katniss" in a different light, too. Lovely ending!

My back is still a tad stiff but feeling alot better. I'm going to try and not overdo it today and give myself a chance to get back to 100% before I hurt it again.

Weather is back to the 70's so I may have to get out for a short walk and enjoy the mild sunny temps. I will be so ever thankful when this weekend is over and the golf tournament is over... can you say, tourists??? Everywhere!!!! We live literally right across the street from the golf course sooooo yeah, cars, people, everywhere, alllllll the time! Meh! Thankful that this thing is but once a year

DD today and I am sooooo ready! Really want to keep it down as low as possible, I want OUT of the 30's!!!!!
-------------------------------------------

Goal for February: 227.0
------------------------

2/1..... 231.8 .. UD
2/2..... 234.4 .. DD .. ^^Dinner Out^^

Oh bummer! It was a pretty good movie... the yelling and screaming was kinda intense for me and gave me anxiety but the story is lovely. Dealing with a mom with mental illness lots of things struck me.. I never saw the the first Expendables but DH loves those movies.

Yes, one giant 6 month slumber party!!!!

Awesome DD. 267 calories for the day.

Scale didn't go down quite as much as I'd hoped but I just realized this morning that TOM is due today Let's see if it's on time...gettin older kinda sucks rocks! Feeling sort've bloated and puffy today..my rings are tight despite the gallon+ water I had yesterday..

UD today. Planning strategically to stay within my calories despite it being Super Bowl. (Go 9'ers ) No beer and no junk planned. Makes it easy because it's basically just me and DD16 for most of the day.. she eats like a bird anyways soooooo... Yeah.

Janet, I'm not sure if it's getting older or my eating plan. ... reading stuff on IF'ing and the effects on women.. not sure I like what I read, but then again, much of it is not directed at "older" obese women and more towards women of child bearing age who don't either have much to lose or at a healthy weight already..

Bummer about the 9'ers last night! I thought there for a minute they were gonna do it. Lil Colin K is adorable.. He could be my kid!
Wasn't thrilled with the commercials, and the go-daddy one was truly disturbing. E-trade baby always gets my vote tho!

Had a great UD yesterday.. 2046 cal. Only 80 short. For the first time in a real long time I woke up tired and not ready to get out of bed. TOM is late. Cycles have been very off since starting JUDDD and that's why I am questioning things..hard to know if it's the plan or me just getting old

You must be getting old like myself. I am not laughing at you but heading into menupause is for the birds. When my monthly is done the hormonal effect lingers longer and it really can mess with your mind as well as that darnned scale. Hang on for the ride, it gets bumpy.

Yanno Maggie, I joke and tease about getting old but don't really believe I am.. everyone I know that's older always tells me I'm too young to be going through any of this yet.. It gets confusing! Especially given that I don't have any other symptoms for it at all.. nada.

....then I start worrying if it's something else, kwim?.....Just need to quit reading anything that might educate myself

I'm just gonna go back to reading my fun book about lifestyles of the rich & famous and try not to become a Nervous Nelly

It's so hard to self-diagnose. When I go to WebMD to ask why I have this random thing going on, I end up with something terminal.

It's not a good thing, but I keep doing it.

Mornin' Danielle!

Set points suck! You will break through. One of the things that was really cool about JUDDD was once I got past my first set point...the weight just fell off for a few weeks!

Enjoy your reading!

Dunno what's going on.... major wonkfest going on over here

No drop on the scale...no TOM..... it's all stuck.

Seems like every plan starts off wonderfully great, the weight starts to move..for about 10-15 lbs or so and then..... nothing. Happened with Atkins, straight calorie counting..and now appears that way with JUDDD.. need to figure out what to do.. seriously contemplating just walking away from all of it....

No, no, no girl, don't do that!!!!

OK, lets look at this thing, you're almost 30lbs down from your highest, what did you do to get there? Maybe try that again? I know we both feel stuck right now and I think we need to really get our heads in the game and make this work without obsessing over every bite. We need to regroup. You can absolutely do this.

Have you been walking at all? What app did you finally decide you liked? Maybe we can use the same one and be 'friends' on there for accountability and drag some other in with us? I know with me the walking and any exercise encourages me to stay on plan because I hate exercising and if I actually do it I damn sure don't want to waste it on bad food choices!

All that being said.....

Don't give up girl, stick with it and when Tom gets here I think you'll have a nice little whoosh!!! I feel like I always stall out for the last two weeks of my cycle and then lose good for those first two. Getting through those 2 week stalls is hard though!

Relax, deep breath, take a step back and take a break from the scale for a bit. YOU are not some number on the scale. You don't have to follow one particular plan but if you know that certain foods cause you to not lose weight well then maybe you need to eliminate them from your diet for awhile. Atkins Induction is great for that, allowing you to bring foods back slowly into your diet. There is not one size fits all diet out there and you are just examining what works for you and what doesn't. I know you are NOT giving up finding out what works for you so carry on because tomorrow is another day. I believe you will find what works best for you Danielle and have peace about it all. IDK, just my thoughts on the subject, not an expert on this weightloss thing by any means. ya honey!

BTW- I am the one who always just chucks it all and walks away, remember? I'm still hanging in there because of the support of others and because I am just awesome like that.

D- I have been going up and down the same 10 pound range since August!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I am still 20 pounds heavier it sucks, but if I give up I will be 50 pounds heavier, it blows!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think calorie rotation is good eat a little less one day and more the next something has got to give here soon, I think we are getting older and it is getting harder and we have confused and stressed our bodies to the max!!!! Work on exercise and maybe eat the plan that you enjoy best, put the scale away and make walking your focus, and dont weigh for 2 weeks!!

Dani, don't give up -- you are making great progress! I agree with Amber -- don't weigh for two weeks and just stick with your plan. And I totally agree with you -- Colin K. from the 49ers looks related to you for sure. I think he is so handsome and was sorry to see SF lose but he will be back to win for sure!
