Not sweatin anything, there's no point! I didn't even bother to weigh today. TOM is kicking my a$$ this month.. Taking lots of vit c and chugging my water!! DH is freaking out alittle, I think with our trip in just a few short days I'm tryin I'm tryin!!

Tomorrow's shopping day. Gotta get it all done so I can wrap a few days and get ready to vacation!! Was looking at pictures of Christmas in Vegas...looks beautiful, I can't wait to see it!!!

Don't give up Danielle, with being sick, TOM and your vegas trip it's easy to fall off the wagon, but don't undue all that progress you made in November! Try to stick with it and once it's all over you could have a big drop instead of having to re lose lbs! Just tryin to throw some motivation at ya!

Definitely not giving up, noooooo chance of that! I'm just not bothering to weigh right now with all the medicine I've been on, TOM, and essentially having more UD's than I'd like...

I *may* have already undone all of November's progress but I'm not worried about it. This is very shocking to me! I guess maybe because I know that it will come off again and I know how to do it? Also, thinking much of the "gain" is water weight as I am bloated like a kid's flotation device.

DD today! I'm ready, I must be feeling better. I don't anticipate needing any meds today so I don't have to worry about eating before I take something..

Shopping with the hubbs today. Tying up last minute gifts and getting stocking stuffers for the kiddos...also on the hunt for an iPod shuffle for DD16...., who'd a thought one of those lil suckers would be hard to find

Feeling like a walk today. We'll see! The mall may be enough right now with this cough hanging around. Just glad that I can feel some energy returning, cause I'm gonna need all of it this week!

Cough still hangin around, not as bad. Slept most of the night and didn't start until this morning with the coughing again...

Anywho...list is long this morning..trying to cram in as much as I can before I gotta get DD16..half-day and all that... ...

Back from our trip. ABSOLUTE blast! I really wish we had stayed 1 extra day to see the 3rd show, but ah well, prolly just as well... I now have managed to find a stomach bug....as if all the coughing & cold stuff wasnt enough...

Interestingly enough, I feel like I did really well with food while we were there. I realized that I couldn't eat big like I have always been able to. Surprising! Nothing was off limits, and yep, I had beer.... but definitely a dull roar compared to my past experiences with vacations.

Weighed today. Not too shabby.

I think we're recovered from all our shenanigans in Vegas.

I forgot to tell you guys, the first night's show the guys from that show Pawn Stars were there. I saw them up in the little guest box above the stage during the show. I tried to take a picture but the lighting was too off to get anything worth keeping. Was fun to see them tho!






Makes me laugh when I think about us being there... rough crowd the second night, lots and lots of "pit action" goin on... lot's of "young ones" next to me not so used to the pushing & shoving and they left The oldies stuck it out and rocked it. Amazing time, wish we'd have gone to the 3rd show Sat. night! The people watching alone was worth it...amazes me how drunk people get to have fun and then end up either getting carried out or don't remember the show at all

Fun news is; get to see them again in Jan. when they come here! And yep, I'll be in the front again.
February is P!NK too!! Yes!

Fun & games is just about over and the new year will start. Dunno that any resolutions will be made, just know that I will keep on keeping on to the best of my abilities! I have new things to look forward to that I hadn't expected before, like no school and time off just for ME. Excited to see what kinds of changes I can make now that I have full understanding of JUDDD & know that JUDDD likes me.

Lisa~ well, I dunno...it's the weirdest thing .... all of the sinful food just doesn't appeal to me anymore. I know, crazy, right?! I have always been a massive carbaholic and since starting JUDDD and truly paying attention to how things taste and not eat them just to eat them, I am realizing that alot is just not good! I tend to gravitate towards more of the low carb faire, and even the carby stuff I *do* like, well, I can't eat very much of them anymore. Such a freeing freeing experience!

Vegas was amazeballs and I wanna go back!

Blonde~ yeah, JUDDD likes me! I guess I love that the idea that nothing is off limits and that I am driving this thing is creating a calmness in me where I don't feel such urgency with food anymore.

No scale today, I woke up late and ate breakkie before I realized I hadn't weighed. Probably just as well

UD today.

Energy is coming back slowly. Cough is nearly gone, and my tummy is feeling good.

Gonna go look into a Fitbit today. Very interesting idea..
The rest of the day will be reading and relaxing until DH gets home and then we'll plan dinner.. I'm thinkin Mexican!

Absolutely Dani! The most important things I learned from JUDDD is to have NO forbidden foods and forbidden foods become ho hum. 2nd~ I learned the difference between hungry and noshy. Big difference. Noshy doesn't cut it anymore.

Ho-Hum is the word! I think my kids thought I was still sick or something Absolutely agree about noshy...the idea of being "present" in my hunger has been such a long time coming, something I've searched for for a long time. Sounds easy enough but it's eluded me as to how to make it click, until now

Just today, DH came home for lunch and all the time it's been automatic that I just eat lunch when he does... well who the heck says???????? He kept asking me if I wanted something and I kept rooting around in the kitchen and I finally just stopped and said yanno what, I'm not hungry. What a concept!
