Movin kinda slow this morning... ugh! I did something to my left shoulder and it hurts when I move, or when I tried to lay on my left side.. and that's how I usually fall asleep

I'm not a back sleeper and that is the only way that allowed my shoulder to not hurt too badly.. Meh

Needless to say, the scale was up. Probably a mixture of things... for one, it was an UD... but I didn't sleep much and was up early, and too much sodium last night for dinner..

..chuggin the water and hope that I drop the gain again.. I just realized that TOM is lurking.... Yeesh! Here comes the bloat!

Anywho, not alot today.. turning in last history assignment today.. I'm kinda sad.

I love love love this class even tho it kicks my a$$. Took the first half last semester and told myself I wouldn't take the second semester... welp...I did.

My obsession with Asian culture and history has definitely deepened and my professor is total amazeballs.

Found out today, my other 3 classes were A's.

OTC drugs and stress of a cold will cause your weight to do unpredictable things. Don't worry too much, just drink lots of water and lots of vitamin c. Better that you get it over with now so you can have fun in Vegas!
