I dream the weirdest food-related dreams sometimes... And then I wake up mad at myself for eating something

The walk was lots of fun!
We started at 18:00 Saturday eve and we were supposed to finish 06:00 Sunday morning. We lasted until 04:00 and called it a night.
I'll do it again next year

I ate a 90g packet of sugar free gummy bears over the course of the weekend, about 150g of nuts, about 300g of biltong, and lots of bbq goodies. I didn't really think about what I put in my mouth. Also sure I'm retaining a ton of water after all the salt and excerise!
Will weigh tomorrow and carry on as usual

My garden burst into bloom overnight. Splashes of pink and white everywhere, very pretty. It's like a last effort before the seasons really start turning towards winter.

Dinner last night turned out to be roast chicken, salad, and grilled veg. Perfect!

Thursday is a public holiday, so I have tomorrow off work. Back to work on Friday... And then spending the in the bush with family. I'll have to really focus on portion control and snacking.

Just try and remember how close to goal you are for the month...if you eat to far off plan you may not make it!! Hope that helps

Hi Reta I DID enjoy it!
Back to normal now.

Yesterday's food:
B: 2 HB eggs
L: eggs, biltong, pickled onion
D: 2 sardines and asparagus with swiss cheese
S: fat bomb
Ended up with 1233 cals and 21 carbs.

Today might be a bit challenging food-wise, but I'll make the best of it.
Work lunch with colleagues and then dinner with grandparents.

I made Linda Sue's peanut butter fudge last night and it is seriously yummy.

Can't remember if I mentioned this before but... My BMI is now in the "normal" range. Whoop!

It does feel good to be able to shop for clothes anywhere, and not be limited to the plus-size collection.

I really need to start focusing on exercise and toning now.
I've got lots of flabby bits and some loose skin.

Eating was good yesterday.
Had sushi with the colleagues (sashimi and ate around the rice) and had roast chicken with green beans and salad with my grandparents. Win!

Food yesterday was a measly 708 calories and quite carby at 38 carbs.
How did I manage that?!
