Barre this morning was great - I'm really getting the hang of it. Still things I can't do, but fewer and fewer.

Coffee and sausage for breakfast, and for dinner tonight I want chicken wings. Or a bunkers hamburger. I need protein.

Happier than I can say with this.

Last night for dinner I had an avocado with cheese crisp crackers, a sausage patty and raspberries and sf whip cream.

I'm going to 3 days a week for barre. Giving myself time to recover. Although I'm taking my stuff today in case I can go at noon.

Non-scale victory: my pajamas are now too big. I will walk out of them if I'm not careful. Total bummer because they are so comfy.

Barre at noon today. I've got a new favorite for breakfast - Jack's has breakfast wraps, sausage and egg and cheese and I just scrape off the insides. Nice blend of flavors and easy and cheap!

Barre kicked my ass today. Hannah Beth is the devil.

Made a pizza tonight - cheese and egg and powdered pork rinds for the crust. Wasn't my favorite. The bummer is that I'll probably be up in the morning from water retention, between my aching muscles and the cheese.

I am obsessed with weighing myself. I guess what I think the weight will be before I step on. I weigh myself before I go to bed. I Know this is bad, but when I'm not dieting I never step on a scale so that'd just as bad.

And my obsession bites me in the bottom. Up to 232 again. Pretty sure my faux pizza got me. Feeling very bloated this morning. Flax muffin should help with that, along with lots of water today. Planning on barre at 4:15 and have scheduled to go every other day for two weeks. That gets me to homecoming. There will be people there who won't have seen me since last year. I want to look good. I admit it. I also want to weigh 225 because that would be 50 pounds. I know it is just a number, but dammit I want that number.

Bad day. Had to stop barre because I was feeling ooky. I was dehydrated and I've had a hell of a headache since. Ive eaten macadamia nuts, cheese, avocado, egg custard and a spoonful of peanut butter since. Going to bed early, driving to atlanta in the morning and it willbe a coffee fast kind of day.

Keep up the good work

My first weekes loss was 2kg which I think is about 4.5 pounds. No loss this week as I had a planned fall from the wagon with a number of family outings, wedding etc. Im glad just not to have a gain. Back at work now and firmly back on the wagon.

I would really strongly encourage you not to weigh daily, it usually ends in tears. For me If the scales show an "up" the whole cycle of self loathing, failure and wanting to cram myself full of rubbish starts to kick in.

I get really encouraged following other peoples progres, discouragements.

I appreciate your thoughts, and understand the reasoning behind not weighing every day, but I need to right now.

I was up to 234 from last night's headache induced binge. If I only weighed on Monday I would be so discouraged, but because I see daily trends I know that is mostly water/salt gain. A cup of broth plus a ton of water last night, etc etc.

Heading over to Atlanta today, and will see a friend I haven't seen since mid-summer. Excited to see his reaction. I foresee lots of coffee in my day today.

Ahhh TOM. I'm so much more regular on low carb, I'd forgotten what pms and TOM is like.

Which also explains why I had the need to buy sugar-free chocolate today.

Really not that surprised to see 235

Not feeling great either, as three days in a row of cake brought back some unpleasant health effects. Hay hd me up from 1-3 this morning.

Fat fast this week leading up to homecoming. Today so far coffee and co.

Really tired and would love to go back to bed for hours.

Cream in coffee, 3 oz cream cheese, 3 egg omelet with 1oz cheddar, mint tea with co and hwc.

I feel like I can't put my finger on it, but I feel like I'm flailing and failing right now. I don't think I'm eating correctly and not eating enough. I hope a few days of fat fast might help, and maybe next week if I can get into the 220s I can think about what next.

I know I need to exercise. I liked how pure barre had me headed.

Not bad for the end of homecoming weekend. Lots of food presented itself to me to be eaten, but I refrained.

I just realized that two weeks from today is the end of my 60 days. I just don't lose quickly. I'd hoped to be down more, but it's going to be 10 pounds in 2 months. Maybe I'll start a holiday challenge to myself and see if I can get to new years with another 10 off.

I am in ecstasy.

Of course, now I want to get down to 223. That was my previous low. Four years ago I started at 263 and lost 40 pounds. Did it in the most unhealthy ways, including a round of HCG when I didn't understand what it meant and how to do phase 2. So of course I gained it all back plus more. When I started this I was at 275. I had mini goals, but the big one was 223. So, 225 will be 50 pounds, but 223 will be back to where I was.

Of course, after I had H I weighed 215. But we won't think about that.

228.8. In the 220s. Getting there.

Finished up the taco soup. What to fix for dinner tonight?

The LSU-Alabama game may have caused some of that. I felt like I was going to throw up most of the game. Took half a Xanax to get through the fourth quarter.

Ate a four-egg egg salad and a but of pulled pork with just a little sauce. I'm craving ribs, but not slathered in sauce. I just want to rip meat from bone. Yum. I need a smoker to do this, of course, and don't have one. May get my brother to do a rack for me.

This morning I made a OMM with equal parts almond, flax and coconut flours. I also added truvia and cinnamon. It's okay but not great. And a sausage patty. That should cover me until dinner, and I really do think I need to make taco soup. It helps me so much during the week and I just love it.

I always have a small gain after I make taco soup. Lots of salt and water retention the next day. Hopefully that's all this is, but today I'll have coffee with hwc, co and then dinner. That should take care of the gain, I hope.

Last night my son stepped on the scale - he weighs 54 pounds. My goal by thanksgiving is to have lost that much so I'll have lost the equivalent of one offspring.

After my morning constitution 227.4. I'm claiming it.

Last night, if it didn't eat me first, I took a bite out of it. We were at whole foods and they have a barbecue bar. I bought five short pork ribs. Omg so good. And then I ate the tops of two or three slices of cheese pizza. And a bunch of baby Swiss cheese cubes. And olives. And a carb smart bar. I was starving, needless to say, and was not surprised that I didn't lose but .2 this morning.

I'm "enjoying" my TOM so I was rather surprised by the numbers BUT I WILL TAKE THEM!

That's a 49.8 pound loss. I wanted to be at 50 by November 11. Being at 225 was 50 pounds. I'm in 225 and I'm counting it.

Wow wow wow wow wow. Really happy about this.

Yesterday was a co and egg day for me. Coffee and egg salad and that warm chocolate pudding using 2 eggs and 2tbs co. Not sure how I feel about it. It almost scratched the itch. Almost.

Working again today. I have tomorrow off, thanksgiving off from customers (although I will go in and load kilns) and the auburn game off. Other than that, I work every day until Christmas. Last year it was during this time that I went so dependent on fast food and gained 17 pounds in 3 months. This year I want to lose at least 10 pounds. Not sure if I can do it, but if I can lose 10 pounds between now and December 15 I would be very very happy. That's what I weighed after having H 7 years ago. Nice goal to get to. Then focus on the next 15 before January 31. 200 by February 1 would be 75 pounds in a year.

Not that I'm obsessed or anything.

Worked my ass off yesterday, and didn't drink enough water. That's going to be a challenge on busy days. Then when I came home I just noshed on macadamia nuts and cheese. Not enough good food in the house. Going to the grocery store today should alleviate that. Need to make more taco soup!

Today is my 60 days end, but I'm going to keep going. I lost 15 pounds in 60 days, which was my goal. My *desire* was 20, but I lose slowly and I had a strange experiment or two in dieting in there. I just need to keep on doing what I'm doing.

If I start another 60 day challenge, it ends January 11. I want to lose 25 pounds by January 31.

Of course that starts with wanting to lose 10 by December 15. Or 3 more to begin with. Then I'll be at my biggest-loser competition end weight. Lots of mini goals.
