Hi, my name is Josie. I'm a married mom of 3. I've decided to start a journal to track my journey through the low carb lifestyle.
I've got just under a 100 pounds to lose right now, and sometimes the idea of having all that to lose seems really really daunting! I am hoping that by journaling and being an active part of this site will help see me to goal.  ~J |
