Kateee's 28 Day Belly Busting Journal

To make a long story short...I've lost the weight, and neighbors and friends comment how skinny I am My problem is my belly....I look like I have a baby bump I'm still thick in the middle My legs look like fence posts

They say it takes 28 days to form a habit. Well, I'm going to commit to 28 days of Belly Fat DVD's....I needed to start this journal for accountability...in the past I would do a few days a week of exercise, and then stop....

I weigh first thing in the morning...so after weighing, I will pop in a Belly Busting DVD and DO IT for the next 28 days, beginning tomorrow morning

Day One

I got ur done

Morning weight was 170.6

Today I started with the Minimum Plan which is Fast Forward cycle one. using 2# and 3# weights for starters. The 8# weights are little much for me at present.

Taking baby steps, one at a time. I'll eventually work up to the Maximum Plan. Along with higher weights

My body feels lose and relaxed after this workout. I haven't felt this feeling in a while

This doesn't take much time. Its just making myself DO IT!

I liken it to when I first started low carbing....when starting Atkins I started and stopped alot, then one day focused on Atkins, and stayed with it, and lost the weight.

Its now time on planning doing the same with exercise.

I haven't a workout bench, but plan on getting an exercise ball to use in place of one.

Day Two

This Mornings Weight is 170.8

Woke up at 4:30am this morning. I completed Fast Forward cycle two.

My lower belly is sore from yesterday's workout My handles, or muffin top feels sore too from yesterday.... this is after one day!

I did all my food prep for the next few days early this morning, and I put a roast in the crockpot for tonights dinner. And now I have the whole day with exercise and cooking out of the way Now onward to shopping and housework

Laughing in bed last night with every twist and turn, my lower abs, and muffin top sides are sore!!

Today is Fast Forward cycle three with extra ABS

I can't wait to see how I'm going to feel with this one

Tomorrow morning, I need to do some measuring...I'm not crazy about measuring...I may just do once, and then at the end of 28 days...

Day Four

This mornings weight is 171.0

Sore today...

Today is Fast Forward cycle one using 2,3,5# weights.
Including the Gut, Love Handle, Pooch Buster, this is a tough one 15 "killer" abdominal exercises in giant sets of three

I'm not able to do everyone. I doubled up on the ones I could do.

The tenseness in my back has eased up since starting this workout. I feel very relaxed in my back. I feel just as good as when I use to go to the chiropractor and let their machines work my body.

I'm glad I started working out again. I forgot how good it makes me feel.

I forgot to measure this morning.

Day Four Completed

Now to go outside and get some natural sunshine Vitamin D

Haven't workout this morning. Plan to later in the day with the Fast Forward cycle two and Gut, Love Handle, Pooch Busters.

No workout on Day 5 High Stress Day lead to High Carb OEing

This morning I started The Complete Definition Workout Series
Started with the UPPER BODY with Bonus ABS

Thank you jeaniem...I hope your feeling better, and your shoulder is healing for you....as you know, this isn't easy...

My back hasn't the tenseness I use to feel....Its loosen up quite a bit...some of the ab work is hard for me, so I double up on the ones I can like Joyce saids to....its getting hard to stick with this everyday....I lost that gungho I had at the beginning....thats why I have to do this first thing in the morning, after weighing, and not get sidetracked, because if I do, its a real battle with myself to do it later in the day.

DH called me "skinny" the other day Its funny how when we all lose the weight we don't see ourselves as skinny. I set my goal weight for 162... I may change it to a higher weight.... I'm tall. I'll see how I shape up from these workouts and then decide what to do....I've lost a total of 51#'s

Come join me when you heal....anyone else is free to jump right in too
