No Problem!!!

Well I certainly would think you wouldn't want to
Completely overload with calories. This is kind of when your personal situation comes into play I.e. how much makes you full etc. Dr Atkins talks about something called "Metabollic Advantage" basically if you consume plenty of fat and primarily fat your body will treat fat as 5 calories per fat gram instead of 9 calories per fat gram. It varies per person but even if it's 7 calories per fat gram instead of 9 you can see how that would make a huge difference. You can look this up and see a lot more specifics and better explanations lol. It's also hard to eat too many calories on this diet because it makes you so darn full in my opinion.

For breakfast I have 4 tbsp of cream cheese and a couple of hours later I have a cup of coffee (big cup) with 3 tbsp coconut oil and 4 tbsp of heavy whipping cream. That coffee is disgustingly filling lol

I think I would die of all I could eat was CO but I can Defintely see how it would work well.
Also once you get to goal you can gradually start upping protein and carbs and getting to lower your fat some do you can eat some normal things like salad hooray! Lol

Also one thing before I forget. I eat wheat bran(not the regular cereal) pure wheat bran with a cup of almond milk some liquid Splenda and 2-4tbsp of heavy whipping cream to give myself a nice dose of fiber. I do this every other day. It does not stall me at all. Ithinkthat gets you 12 g of fiber if you eat half a cup of the wheat bran. That way you have no potty issues . You might be able to get it at a natural health food store or for sure offline.

Ja, I have the wheatabix or use a bit of flax meal in my burgers....not sure the carbs on that though...I am way to lazy to log food. Had to do it for over a year when I was having to go to nutritionist and health doc for my intestines.....

There is no trick. It's sloppy LOL. I don't think the carbs are that bad in them and you gotta get your fiber for SURE lol.

I'm glad you're feelin better

That is hilarious!!! My husband was in the Army so he thinks the same way. Thankfully after many a long talks he is understanding that periods, hormones and less muscles make things FAR different for women. My husband started low carb a couple of months ago and has frequent cheat days he also lost 20 lbs with zippo trouble LOL. He was always in great shape and getting out of the army was a big change sincere te was no more crazy PT. he also was training for special forces for months he would go do crazy things like 15 mile runs and THEN go do weights lol. I think u can eat whatever u want in those cases. Men have it SO much easier with hormones lol

The Ones I have are 1 g of carbs per serving and 21 g of fat and I think it's 2 or 3G protein so they are a great source to up fat

Hi ladies, just checking in. I have been super busy from the new job; couldn't log what I ate because I was on the road most of the day. Scale didn't move; still 216.4 lbs. but it did stick (it was a 1.6 lbs. loss over night). So busy today I forgot to stop and eat; even though I work from home. I am going to try another very high fat day and see of makes another drop in weight. Today I only got 76% fat/17% protein/7% total carbs.

I was going to get on the scale today but I still feel so bloated and still have bad pms. I've had pms before for two weeks. This is my 8th day so I'm really hoping that's not going to happen to me this time. I may still get on the scale purely out of curiosity. A pound isn't bad at all and I'm sure u will have a whoosh. I want a whoosh too so I can stop feeling like a beached whale LOL

Ok, good news. Down 1inch at bra line, down 1inch at BB and down 0.75inches at calve....
the rest was the same.....
so down 2.75inches off of my body on TOM is not half bad I would say

That is fantastic!!! I bet you are down in your waist too but just can't tell because of TOM. I always only measure my hips and waist. I dont know why it never occurred to me to measure anywhere else. I know my waist isn't going to show me anything good righ now lol. I have no pants but sweat pants that fit. All my jeans are huge on me so that's at least a good sign. Jeans I wore comfortably about 2 weeks ago now fall down even zipped and buttoned

maybe start measuring. It will make u feel better to see the numbers??? Idk...
It always makes me feel better....so even if the scale doesn't budge for whatever reason I usually lose inches....and inches are super important cause those u can see (or other ppl) right away....not that other ppl's opinion of what u look like really matter in the end...but I think u know what I mean.....inches can be seen immediately. Lbs not so much right away. Well, that is how I think at least.....

Yay for shrinking!! Haha
Well
I wear sweats most of the time since I work out of my house but I always have worn jeans out. I was pretty shocked to see that big of a difference that quickly . I've always noticed them get looser but not fall off in 2 weeks.

Good morning ladies,

Yesterday I was overly busy trying to finish my first report for my new job. I worked on it for two days. Thursday, I worked so long that I forgot to eat lunch. There was no loss yesterday but I am down another pound this morning. This makes 26 pounds in 2 months. I ate high fat yesterday 83%/13%/4%. It seems to help with the loss. Don't know if I will be able to maintain it since I am going to eat the hot dogs for lunch. I have been good for so long. I want them and you just have to eat what you want sometimes. No bread, just hot dogs with cheese.
