Christina, I hope you are okay now! I just realized I missed your earlier post about the panick attack . I have an awful time with anxiety and have had a couple myself. They are terrible.

My weight is the same as it was this morning so I should see another drop tomorrow
I have been so busy with work and the house I feel totally out of the loop here

sorry u all, can't be on for a while.....got meds for my intestines which has a lot of sugar in it and has apricot stuff in it which I am allergic to....oh well......got to look at the bigger [pic....... Iwill be spying on u all and ever so often [put in my 2cents.....<3 love to all of you....<3

No gain - no loss
Today I must get those cals down. I'll tru for 1700 and get water consumption up to at least 3 litres. I def. lose when I drink lots of water.
I don't feel bloated and a pair of snug pants are loser (haven't worn them in 2 weeks)

Christina, I am sorry you are so ill. Makes me sad. Sick and anxiety not a good combo. You speak often of your intestines - do you have chrones? I'm thinking of you... (hugs)

That's one thing I really need to start doing. Apart from 3 coffees a day, I might have 1 glass of water. I'm losing but I know I need to start drinking! I'll see if I can have a glass an hour.

Woke up to a 0.75lb loss meaning I have 1.25lb until I reach my 2 stone goal!! 2 stone in 2 months - I never thought it was possible! Be nice if someone would notice!!

Experiment Day 2: 1500 Cals A Day

I think I'm whooshing! I weighed in this morning and I lost 1.5 pounds!!

2.5 pounds in 2 days...Woo!

I drank the same amount of water that I usually do (about 4 pints) but I noticed yesterday I had to pee a lot- like all day long. I was hoping it was the whoosh!

Congrats Gail!!!

p.s. keep in mind I am short! 5'3"

I started atkins July 21 and then switched to this way a little over a month ago- I too have lost 28 pounds. 2 stone!!

Good for you!!! Ok, so let's see what tomorrow brings for me. So far I am on target and should hit 1700 ish cals!

I'd suggest you stay at 1500 if you are whooshing.

Hi Ladies!!!!!

I am SO excited everyone is having whooshes!!!!!!!!!

Well, I am still not at my lowest weight again yet but things are going really well here. After my big night out Saturday and not sticking completely to plan Sunday I was up a whopping 6.6 lbs(alcohol and sodium combined literally kills me LOL). I was already up 3 lbs in 24 hours on Friday from PMS then the extra 3.6lbs was from cheating. Today I am 2.2 lbs over so I am happy with that anyways. I think I'm losing PMS water weight now since I was 3 lbs over before I cheated anyways. I know it's water weight too since i gained all 3 lbs over night. If I had just cheated and hadn't gained the 3 lbs from PMS I would already be losing again after 2 days which isn't bad at all considering how much crap I ate that night LOL.

Anyways, I am really happy and really comfortable since I know it's just water and it always comes off. I am also using progesterone cream this time (this is my 3rd day and then I will stop) I am only using 25mg instead of 100mg like last time so I have had no water weight gain or Ill ffects from it plus it should make my PMS short instead of 3 weeks like last time

Hopefully I will be back to losing by Friday. I have been doing my 1,600 calorie a day plan since Monday again and that really seems to get water weight plus fat off the quickest for me

Way to go Mary. Staying positive is half the battle for me.

I'm wondering does anyone in our group chew SF gum and do you think a piece or 2 a day would stall me?

I miss chewing gum.

I normally don't chew gum but if I want to I do. I personally don't believe it would stall you as long as you count each piece as 1 carb so I woulnt go nuts but I know plenty of people that do and don't have issues. Maybe try it for a day or two and keep everything else the same so you know if the gum has any effect on you

Ok, a little update.
1818 cals, (went slightly over)
172.2 g of fat
22.9 grams of carbs
47 grams of protein

My ratio is:
83% fat
5% carbs
Protein 10 %

**Mary, when you have a moment can you take a look at my grams? I think I may be too high in protein and carbs. I've misplaced our guidelines and haven't the patience to go back into our log. If you have time of course.

I wanted to hit more around 1700 but... its so easy to eat just one thing too much! Tomorrow I cut back again... if I don't lose.

Protein looks good! I have been staying under 50g lately. Carbs I would keep at under 20g net carbs.

I had been forgetting to input my food since Monday into my calorie counter and it looks like in eating a little under 1,400 calories a day. That seems insanely low to me but my percentages are really good. I am dropping weight like crazy so in going to keep with these counts until I slow down. I am now only .6 lbs over my lowest weight. Monday I dropped 2.4lbs Tuesday I dropped a pound and today I dropped 2.6lbs. I have never lost water weight this fast before ever. I am really excited I may get to see a new low weight tomorrow I will let you guys know if it keeps up at this pace. If it does I am not changing one bite ever LOL

Gail: Love the shoes- I think a 2 stone self-gift should be the new rule around here!

Alie: Your numbers look good to me, I don't think sweeteners stall me- fat bombs, diet soda, gum...I have had all lately.

Looks like I can have more carbs during the day to help bring protein down...
