I'm frustrated- weigh the exact same AGAIN.

NO GIVING UP!!!! It can be frustrating the first week or so. I had to tweak things back and forth until I got it... then the ol PMS showed up and rained on my parade.

No spotting today... hmmm go figure?

I wouldn't give up with your calories just yet. I know it is SO hard to wait but I would wait 2 more days to make sure there is plenty of time for water to get out of your system if you are retaining. It usually takes me 4 days if I ate a bunch of sodium in just one meal. If you don't lose anything then try lowering calories some that's just my thought

hmmmm interesting.....how long have u been doing this....sorry to ask....but if u have been doing this for a while that would be enough fat to get u through......but u might have to have another fat bomb before the end of the day to keep you.....trying to figure out ur metabolizm.......u might be high,.....

Christina- Thanks for the feedback. For my last snack I will try 1 more fat bomb. I think this WOE is making my metabolism speed way up. I have been pretty hyper, my heart is beating faster than normal and I am sweating during the night.

Wonder if anyone notices these symptoms?

It is so great having you ladies to talk to!

p.s. I just started- been about 4 days.

That menu looks great you might want to try to keep sodium even a little lower than that if your losses don't speed up a lot. I think I already told you before but I try to keep mine under 500mg. I use to always want to eat something late at night too especially since I like to stay up late. I still do some times now but a lot of the time I won't anymore. I was right at 150g of fat today my protein was a little high for me at 59g but I'm still within my range

Hang in there Alie and Mary - you're both doing so great

I had my driving test yesterday. I took it for the first time and passed 2 years ago but I never sent off the form and I had to sit my test again. I have been so nervous the last couple of days and yesterday I was a complete wreck. Everything was going wrong, like I broke the bonnet release handle in the car and I couldn't fix it, and the garage down the street was closed for lunch (I managed to find another garage just before the test phew!), my laptop has died totally so I need to get it repaired, I've gone way over my internet download limit (I blame the child and her online games and YouTube!) and I was convinced I'd fail the test! But I passed

No loss yesterday morning and I ate off plan last night - haddock in a mornay sauce, 2 hot dogs and swede fries - and I might have had some wine (okay, a bottle whoops) to celebrate and relax me after all the other rubbish that's piling up.

Down .5lb this morning yay! Unexpected and nice but I definitely won't be doing that again in a hurry. I was still drunk when I got up at 5 and felt rough all morning!

Wow Ccake! How lucky are you to be able to lose and down a bottle of wine!!! I wish!

New Virgin wait eveyone *happy dance here**. Only a .4 loss but I'll take it! I seem to lose .4-.5 a day when I'm moving.

Congrats on everyones loses today and for those who don't hang in there! I am living proof this plan works!

Good Morning Everyone

Congrats to Alie and Gail! Woo!

Okay, you guys kept me on the straight and narrow- I kept flushing with water...and another fat bomb, some cheese and guess what- I'm down .5 - whew!

I think I am off the salt stall finally and will keep close eye on sodium from now on. Thank you Mary- didn't realize you keep it that low: 500

I think it is an important number for me to follow- I react big time to sodium.

I did have a couple vodka & soda last night- thank goodness they dont stall me. Actually a couple of those seems to flush my water retention. Funny how our bodies work differently.

Still in ketosis too: Moderate

Woohoo!!!!! That is awesome!!! It is so nice when you lose after a couple of days of not. It gives you extra confirmation that what you are doing is working I never had that until this plan

I think we all react big time to sodium on here... And it does take 2 days to go away. But it does. Thank goodness!
