Hi guys, I hit 7% on carbs today. Not sure how I did that but boy oh boy it didn't take much! Do you think it will have an negative impact?? Hope not.

I think you should be okay Allie. We obviously don't want higher carbs everyday but it seems keeping fat up and protein down impacts me a lot quicker and a lot worse

I didn't lose any today. I have had a headache today and yesterday and my weight has been acting kind of strange. Even though I am not gaining it seems things have gone slow the last two days for no reason. I think I may be starting to PMS again. I really hope not and that I can have some more normal days before that LOL. I don't think I can take another three week PMS detour this month.

If you ar starting PMS again that is just WRONG! After everything you have just gone through?!!!

As for the carb creep today, we shall see in the morning.

I agree LOL. It's day 20 of my cycle though so if my cycles are evening out and getting more normal now would be a normal time to start pms. It just seems like I JUST got done since I had pms for three weeks then a period for 1 week lol. As long as I keep losing well I don't care. I just wish I knew

I have and i have had all my hormones tested. My cycles aren't that irregular. It's just that my pms is super long since my period is getting mre regular from weight loss now and all my hormones are waking up big time. The only thing I can do to get my hormones normal is lose weight

Morning all- My weight is going back down- yippie. If all goes well today should hit new virgin weight tomorrow!!
Congrats in advance to all of those who will report weight loss today!
Christina, glad you are still hanging in and MELTING!
Mary, lets hope you don't gain as much water weight this month- that was horrible. Here I was crying over 4lbs!

Well I am NOT bloated at all today and my weight is acting normal again. I am at my lowest weight this morning and since I always lose throughout the day I should see a loss today. It's very odd no matter when I cut off eating the night before it is so rare for me to lose in the morning. Yesterday I weighed a pound over my lowest when I woke up and lost throughout the day to get back down to my lowest weight again so I know since I'm starting at my lowest weight today that it will be a good loss day. I don't understand at all why my body does this. When it comes off it stays off but if i don't lose one day or barely lose it will go up some and then I will end up back at my lowest weight by the end of the day. Oh well, as long as I'm losing I don't care but I don't get it LOL

I think it's a good thing even though it's terribly annoying. I think our hormones are waking up and getting better. They will make us miserable at first but that's part of them gettin better and being normal. Losing weight will always help our hormones straighten out I know I sound crazy but that's how I view it

Morning Everyone!

Thank you Alie & Congrats on the losses...weeee!

I weigh the same as yesterday. BUT I am having the TMI potty issue...so maybe I did...I hope.

I had the pleasure/dilemma of going out with my man last night. I think I need to reserve way more wiggle room for those outings because I can't be sure what I can find on the menu.

Basically I ended up overeating yesterday and my carbs were too high and my fat was too low. Darn It.

Here is what I did- any feedback would be AWESOME.

B: 4T Cream Cheese, Coffee w/ HWC & CO
L: 2 Eggs, 1T Butter, 1T HWC, 2 Bacon
D: Mock Danish in Bowl (thanks to GirlKickinIt)
S: Bacon, Swiss Cheese Dip with Cucumbers

Cal: 1853
Fat: 153.5
Prot: 50
Carb: 21

The Snack is a cheese dip from the bar- they told me it had bacon, swiss, mayo, cream cheese and a dash of beer. I had them bring cucumbers instead of bread sticks.

I am going to make the Fat Bombs today! I know I need to up that fat and eat less protein & carbs.

Georgia your numbers actually look pretty darn good. I am always so cautious of eating out though since the sodium is always way high in everything and that can cause me not to lose for days or even pick up water weight for a few days. I am betting that is the culprit.

Sodium! You are so right. I do feel bloated today- my fingers feel fat. Plus I ate bacon twice yesterday.

Today I will cut sodium & drink lots of water- hope I get a whoosh!

Well, I have not gone down any today like I always do. Ugh I really wish if I was having pms it would be more obvious to me so I knew exactly if that's what it was or not. I'm still going to keep doing what Im doing since I know what I am eating is right. So frustrating

maybe leave out the wheat and/or green beans and eat idk spinach or something and another half of a burger....but instead of cheese put majo or butter on it....
maybe that will jump start it again.,.....

I cut out the green beans the last 2 days I will try using less cheese and something else for fat like butter like u said.
