Okay,
I started today. This is what I ate. It is a little different from what I had originally stated because I am still waiting for money to buy groceries. However, as soon as it comes, I already have a grocery list ready to buy 2 weeks worth. So this seems to be a trial run to see if it works for me. B - 2 eggs, 1 T. butter, 2 T. heavy cream L - did'nt eat lunch (I usually don't eat breakfast; First meal is around 11:00) D - 1 T. mayo, 1 slice cheese, 4 oz. hamburger, 2 lettuce leaves S - 2 oz. cream cheese mixed with 2 T. butter and 4 drops liquid splenda 1231 calories; Fat: 113.94 g (83%); Protein: 39.44 g (15%); TOTAL carbs: 6.69 g (2%) Sodium intake: 1074 mg. ![]()

yummo, I am getting hungry again Cathy lololol
trying to remember my foods today.....I don't worry about too much just yet...when I will have to tweak is when I am going to measure and look it up......(lazy me) coffee with CO during the morning 2 oz of Cream Cheese around 10 or 11 left over tuna with mayo at around 1 (only like 3-4 tbsp) from last night crock pot spicy pork with a ton of sour cream and cheese, tiny bit of cabbage w/ranch and ACV to keep stuff "moving" along so far that's my food, might have some more supper later

Good morning ladies. I am going for Day 2 today. I had no problem yesterday feeling hungry. I am going to use the same plan as yesterday.
From my eating disorder days, I refuse to eat or drink anything that will make me have to start over. The best part is that I am not having problem losing weight; just thought I would try this experiment. Starting weight for this experiment: 219.0 lbs. Day 2: 218.4 lbs. (-0.6) |

So far I am not down anything today. I am thinking I made a boo boo switching to some different foods yesterday I only had 4g carbs 1,250 calories, 59g protein and 109 g fat. I normally consume 1718 calories 155 grams fat 13g carbs and 55g protein. I am thinking the fat, calories and Carbs can't be near as low as I got them yesterday. I wasn't paying as much attention as I normally do. Today I am going right back to my normal totals so I hopefully will lose again tomorrow

If you consume too much protein it turns into glucose which makes it so your body is busy burning the glucose instead of the fat which is no good. On top of that you get all of the low carb high fat flu symptoms: being sick to your tummy, nauseous and tired but your body never fully goes into fat burning. It is constantly having to go through all your glucose since it keeps being replenished. I also know eating higher fat helps which isn't as possible on meat and eggs. On meat and eggs everything you eat has a sizable amount of protein so there is no way to cut back protein and be on meat and eggs at the same time. I hope that makes sense |

Absolutely!! Thanks for that.
what about including some almost zero carb veggies for variety?(cucumber,celery, lettuce etc) So it would be like Atkins but with the FAT% making up the bulk of it.. GOT IT!! If I do this, I'll have to give up my no dairy challenge. I can't afford all those nuts!!! lol |

Retaining fluid this morning. Ate something last night that makes me retain, so no loss today but still am going to try again today because I am looking for that loss tomorrow. Drinking lots of water today to drop this sodium induced fluid retention by tomorrow.

That's great Chik! I may be more willing to weigh during PMS as I lose more. My mood is still so easily changed by the scale that I think it's best for me to just leave it alone until I get more weight loss under my belt and confidence
