Calories Carbs Fat Protein Fiber Sugars

I am happy with this even though the fat and protein is on the low side...but I am full

Ok finished dinner- Stats are a bit high in the protein, and not enough fat. I also need to cut the calories by a few 100. Now that I went shopping, I can make these changes for tomorrow.

Cal=1709
fat=137
carb= 20.1
Protein=95.4

Not happy! Thought it was water weight and was going to lose what I gained quickly. Eating on track and will keep moving along. Hopefully it will keep coming off slowly.

2 lettuce leaves, 4 thin slices ham, 2 slices cheese, 2 T. mayo
1 oz. macadamia nuts

Cathy, woot woot u lost almost 1lbs over night....that is great!!!!!!! Yay!!!!!

I would try and up ur calories to at least 1250-1300. Just saying!!! But I think ur losing good....the first couple of days I lost then I gained then I lost till finally about 4-5days in I started losing steady......

Well, I made hamb patties with flax ( 1/2 cup ) red pepper flakes, cheddar cheese ( 1/4 cup ) salt and pepper. Chopped up 1/2 cup of fresh spinach in there too.

Cooked them in CO and topped them with a slice of cheese. Made 3 good size patties

DID NOT LIKE THEM !! oh my gosh, the flax tasted terrible in there !

Now what can I do with them ?? I only ate a 1/2 of one and couldn't eat the rest. Did I put too much flax ? Any ideas on what to do with the other 2 ?

ja that was too much flax....lololol I put maybe 2tbsp and the rest almond flour...lolol
poor thing sorry....I am imagining ur face.....lolol I don't know what to do with them...give them in small pieces to your dog??????

no way ! She would be pooping like a pet coon !!

I don't know......wonder if i chopped them up in marinara and just had a little at a time ? I have miracle rice I could mix it with........ugh.....still sounds terrible ;/

Well I had a few bites of broccoli and had 4 small pieces of co candy and 5 pecans.

Not bad for a 1st day, right ?

Shocked how "not hungry" i've been today ! I'm a big eater.

Will be interested in how much of this water weight comes off in next few days ! I ate "bad" 2 days of each week the last 3 weeks. Need to stop that > right Christina ?

Laura LOL to the flax! I'm sorry they were awful but that is hilarious!

Cathy, I agree with Christina try upping cals and fat some and lower sodium. My sodium is almost always under 500mg so 2,000 is high

My menu for today:

3 tbsp coconut oil, 4tbso heavy whipping cream 1/4 tsp vanilla extract and some liquid Splenda (I freeze this and it actually tastes good!)

Hamburger with 2 slices cheese, a couple small slices of bacon and some mustard

1/4 cup macadamia nuts

1 1/2 cups yellow squash with 2 tbsp unsalted butter

totals:
1,901 calories
191 grams fat
40 grams protein
8 net carbs
171mg sodium

Protein was low today but I am feeling kind of sick to my stomach so not much of an appetite.

Fiber- 10

If you get stalled at all try lowering carbs to 20 or under and upping fat some

My fat grams say 85 but it didn't load the bacon nutritional info so it's got to be way more than that. Protein is only at 11 without the bacon. My carbs are a bit high due to the avocado but I overestimated the size of it so I would err on the side of caution.

Calories feel a bit high for only being 2:45pm but I'm burning so much energy at work today running around like a nutcase. I've already done 3 sets of gel nails and ran up and down the stairs like 8 times. GAH! Even after just eating that avocado and peanut butter, I feel like my blood sugar is quite low

I promise I am not LOL

I have taken 3 tests to be completely sure. My periods have been so abnormal for the last year and are going back to normal slowly but surely so I think that's why my hormones are causing so much trouble. I know that I also have very similar symptoms when pregnant to PMS.

I would love to have another baby now. I don't want to until I've dropped more weight though

I have to say I got on the scale this evening after dinner and a ton of water... I weigh exactly what I weighed this morning.I have NEVER weighed the same at night as the morning!! Tomorrow morning is going to be a loss on the scale for sure!!

Some days it's more; some days less. I try to eat around 1200 - 1500 calories a day. Someone suggested that the stress from last week may be a factor as well. I also got knocked out of ketosis so it was like I had to start over. Sodium was high today - I usually try to keep it no higher than 1200 mg. Blood pressure medicine says not to go too low though or it will mess up my electrolytes.

It says the same thing for me too. If it doesn't show a loss tomorrow I am throwing it out the back door.

Hey ladies! Finally in for the night. I feel like all I've been doing is complaining lately. I got my cell phone bill in my inbox tonight and it was $360. I almost died. I called my provider crying hysterically to find out it was just a glitch.

The past 2 days have been so stressful. I'm usually never this negative and whiney but I just can't cope right now

I'm trying to find a positive for today. So here goes: I went to the "bathroom" THREE, that's right folks, THREE times today, so I can't imagine not seeing a drop tomorrow. I guess my egg day was very good. Cleaned me RIGHT out lol

I'll have to catch up with you girls tomorrow. Just wanted to say thank you ALL for your continued support. Y'all are so amazing and I appreciate the support each of you have given me!

Morning girls!

Weighed in this morning and the scale said 196.5 I stepped on and off 5 times and made my daughter check, just to be sure, but no glitches - it was right.

Then I had a little cry! That's 4.5lbs gone and for some reason I can't believe it.

Could it be water loss? I've been on Atkins induction for the last month before changing to this.

I'm down another lb this morning!! And I drank some broth last night, so I was worried that would mess things up. It would be truly awesome to get below my low before AF starts making her way.
