Shelby'snana- watch your feta consumption- it has the most carbs... its MY FAVOURITE!!

fat=78.5
carb=5.9
protein=67.2

Any thoughts? Does this seem ok?

do y'all buy the macademia nuts with sea salt ? That's what i'm finding on 2 sites....... the off brands offer raw ~~ but have bad reviews ;(

What do y'all get ?

Lory, I would up the fat and try and stay lower on protein....I know its hard....

Laura, def need more cals for the day....the feta has a lot of sodium so pls be careful there....ur fat to protein ratio is better....

both of you def have room for a fat bomb or coconut bark or something like that...

maybe somebody else can help u more????? Mary?????

That's ok....I wanted u to visually see what ur eating...sorry it came out like that...guess I should have attached it instead.....but never the less u can make it out....

Will eat a few pecans and a fat bomb around 4 ......

weight is up from stress and eating without watching it....... need to get some #'s off quick ! Everything is tight

No don't apologize! That is what we are there to do! I leaned heavily on Mary and Christina... we all leaned on Mary! lol

It'll come off but keep running your menu's past us so we can tweak them if tweaking is needed.

It won't seem like a lot of food to eat and well it isn't but you aren;t hungry so... you don't need a ton of food.

I'm saving money BIG TIME on shopping and I woould recommend this WOE to anyone who is on a restricted budget and trying to lose.

How the heck can I lower the protein while adding fat nuts add carbs, other than the CO.. Going shopping my dental making a list of meats.
Ribs, pork roast, pork chops- anything else? I alrady have ground beef, however it's 97% lean.
I am going to make some egg salad.

Oh my gosh... Christina how many times have we said/heard this.
Its all about tweaking. Smaller portions of meat, less eggs, more oils, butters, CO. At one point you'll say there is definately not enough for me to eat on this plan! And then you do it for a day and go WOW that was easy.

Real mayo from Olive oil, green olives, pickles, unsweetened chocolate, splenda granular or drops, some cheese

ja less eggs, maybe 2 or 3 at the most, less meat smaller portions on meat and more fat. Even CC full fat eat 2tbsp for morning snack with some pecans or macadamia nuts....it will keep ur fat high and ur protein low....
I eat meat only once a day and keep it small in oz and then I add butter, fry it up in CO use fatty meat...80/20 at least for burgers and like u said ribs, small steak with a ton of fat on it....the cheap cuts of meat at the store basically. throw them in the crockpot and make sure u eat all the fat that cooks off. I safe bacon grease and like to add that to my meat...yumm yumm. Olives, but there careful of the sodium.....

I just ate 10kernels of nuts and 2tbsp of Cream Cheese....with a decaf of 1/2c of almond milk and 2tsp of CO. I am full already and my fat is way up and protein did barely move
