You can do another 2 eggs or a couple of shrimp fried in butter (only if you keep the burger and cheese small) with 1 cup of lettuce, green olives, almond milk and co with dash of cinnamon and 2 tbs of whipped cream with coco and 2 drops of sweetner (or one package)

Put this into your ******.com calculator if you have one just to make sure your percentages are good.

Be careful the protein doesn't go too high! Thus go easy on meat. I was making 7 oz burgers a la Atkins and realized this wasn't good for my protein percentages.

Well my boobs are still killin me so I know I'm retaining lots of water. I skipped weighing today and will weigh tomorrow. I opted to measure instead today. I am down another inch in my hips so I suppose that is something my rings are falling off of my fingers too. My fingers have never been big (I'm a size 7) so i really don't understand that lol

Yesterday was rough. Bad day at work and then when I got home, I had a $207 speeding ticket in the mail from a speed trap. They took my licence plate picture after I had dropped my BF off at the airport in August. I was super emotional and crying and obviously didn't realize I had been in a construction zone. Note to self: don't drive when emotional. They double the fine when it's a construction zone. Ugh, so mad at myself. I should have been paying more attention.

Back down to 178.4 this morning, I think. I'm not totally sure because I never get up at 6:30 and I was so tired that I can't even remember exactly what the scale said. 11 hour day at work. I will catch up with you ladies tonight. I only had 5 hours sleep.

you girls!

Awww!!! I'm sorry you had such a bad day! I hate speeding tickets! I haven't had one in years but they are NO fun. I'm glad your weight is back down and it's probably down even more than you think since you weighed so early

The fat bombs are the bomb!
I just need to be careful with them as peanut butter is a trigger for me.

Janets, u could make them with any kinda nutbutter.....right....I plan on using macadamias today. I will throw them in the food processor and grind till they are "butter". U can even do that with unsweetened coconut flakes....

laura I would think that an 85% chocolate bar ha sugar in it???? idk other then that sounds great....
I use 100%chocolate bar ghiradelli (I think) no sugar or anything in there or I use hershey's unsweetened chocolate powder and I mix it with the CO. They are both in the baking section....

OMG! I meant gone to heaven NOT HEAVING!! Another one of my famous slips. God help me!

I know about the eggs... this is what I go. I take a sandwhich baggie/ snack baggie, I put 1.5 tablespoons of cream cheese (I also like Laughing Cow triangles herbs and spice) 2 boiled eggs, salt and pepper. Seal bag and moooosh it all together. You could add a small amount of cut celery too. Then grab a fork and eat right from the bag... (I use the baggies because I travel so much each day to get to and from work that it is just easier).

I do the same recipe but substitue egg for small can of tuna.

I do the same recipies but substitue 1 tbs of cream cheese for 1/4 avacodo.

I agree with Chik about the surgar. If you substitute for baker's unsweetend chocolate and add a few drops or packets of sweetner- you'll be right on track!

I have some in my freezer and it is my after supper treat!

It was pretty bitter chocolate.......threw away the wrapper, so not sure how much sugar there was.

I need to get liquid Stevia or splenda huh ? All I have is the kind in the bag - powdered.

Showered, now gonna make eggs with CO and try to set up a ****** account. I tried once before and it wouldn't work ? User error I'm sure.....so computer illiterate

Need to track my food. Have never done that .

Actually, I make my coconut bark with Splenda (the bag) and not drops. It works fine! But liquid Stevia is great for my almond milk drink and whipping cream!

Good luck with ******. I'm sure you'll get it.

ok I got set up in ******, but my computer is pretty slow and how frustrating !! I tried to enter fried eggs and it gave me dozens of eggs ( biscuits, casseroles, etc. ) but no fried eggs. I put in custom, still didn't work /l&*#***#($(* !!!!!

I have no patience ~~ I'll admit it !

With my slow computer I'm not sure it's worth it. I'll just post what I eat here and y'all can tell me how bad I screw it up )

Coffee with powdered creamer ( I know, I know )
2 fried eggs cooked in CO and butter
2 oz cream cheese - I put it on plate and put hot eggs on top and ate them together.. kinda made me nauseous ~~~ :::?

Will make hamb patties later with flax and feta mixed in. Small salad to go with it.

May have a piece of my co bark before I pick up Shelby .
It's really hard to not eat lots of protein since that's what I'm used to........y'all are doing so great !! Would love to lose like you all are
