yes free meals,

Or if you just want some ice cream..or suuuushi Not everyday or even every week..just on occasion.

I'll have to look up this other diet! I love reading about this stuff.
I sure did! LOL I'm not known for being a patient person

I don't have free meals right now but eventually I will do them once a month. I will maybe do twice a month when I get to goal if that's doesn't make me gain. I got The Art and Science of Low Carb Living

Mandy, you are completely right in that pizza being a source of carbs. And salt.

I think I made some progress today!
Here are my stats:

Calories - 1505
Fat - 130 - 76%
Protein - 67 - 18%
Carbs - 24 - 6%

Much better than I've been doing.
I bought some coconut milk as there was no almond milk available at my grocery store. It's surprisingly high in fat, but does have 7 carbs a cup. I will need to be careful with that.

I think I am going to experiment with my meat (man that doesn't sound right does it?)
I think I will see if eating my meat at lunch time is going to make a diff in my weight and how I feel etc.....tomorrow I will become my own lab rat

Be super careful with that coconut milk. I usually consume that many carbs total in a day. I just don't want it to stall you

I can tell ya'll that I am reading labels. looking at fat vs protein and calories. I ate this way back when I lost 40 pounds in 8 months, 10 yrs ago and never even knew what I was doing! It's all coming back to me. I will also add that I walked or worked out 5 days a week, 30 - 60 minutes each day.

Morning everyone!!

I spent a while yesterday making a meal plan, so I'm going to follow that for a week as see how I do and tweek it if need be.

So far it looks like this -

Breakfast - 2 hardboiled eggs with 25g mayo
Lunch - 30g cream cheese
Snack - Coffee with 2tsp Splenda and 50g coconut milk (I can't get almond milk until tomorrow!)
Dinner - 155g Minute steak, 2 cheese slices, 100g baby leaf salad, 25g mayo and 30g olive oil

Calories - 1197.84
Fat - 82.79%
Carbs - 3.19%
Protein - 14.02%

I'll switch to almond milk as soon as I can get it and I'll take out the olive oil and have coconut oil when it's delivered.

I was 201lbs this morning so fingers crossed!!

Hi Pinkie!
I think this looks good but you need to up those cals and maybe lower the protein just a touch. You could get that protein down lower by having only 1 slice of cheese with supper. And you could have an additional almond milk (or tea - no herbal, or coffee) with CO, cinnamon and sweetner in the evening to up the cals.
I know it sounds crazy but if the cals don't come up your going to slow your metaboliosm. This was the scariest thing for me. It took everything I had to trust in the process of upping cals but when I did I started moving!!

Ha. Thanks but I'm not too excited yet since it's just water from carbs and bloat from O time(ovulation) I'm still 5lbs off from my low..and to get below that would be the real test.

I know, I know it is the scariest thing EVER!!! Terrifying!! But I promise, if you do this it will get the scale moving downwards. All of us range between 1500-2000 cals a day. I know its hard to trust a stranger and their advice but I believed in Mary and Christina and here I am. I've never lost faster ever.

Maybe try it your way for a day and then try it our way for a day.

What's one day?

I've added more cream cheese, mayo and a coffee for today and got the cals up to 1439.61 and protein down to 12.91%. Should be easier once I get some coconut oil.

Does coconut oil taste of anything?

Yeah for the changes! You are right on target. If you buy Virgin coconut oil, it does smell like it but I would have to say it doesn't really taste like it and if it does it is so mild it is barely noticeable. I love it in coffee, tea and almond milk because it thickens them and fills you up. Kiss cravings good bye and kiss lower weight hello!

I'm so anxious to hear how the next couple of days go.

Really important to take a multivitamin because you aren't getting many carbs and also take some psyllium capsules or flax on you meat (or in your drinks)otherwise you are not going to have the easiest time with riding your body (if you get my drift).

Also, do your best to drink plenty of water to flush that fat!!

Hi there! Yes, definately time for a new scale. Keep doing what you're doing and when you finally do weigh in your going to be so pleased.
I too have notice my scale acting squirly- changing often within minutes. I've stopped mulltiple ways a t a time and take the first number it spits out. Will change batteries this weekend and hope for the best.
