Just a thought here if u don't mind.....
Don't buy ur trigger foods....Like I can't have beer in the house or I will be all over it till its gone....cause its my trigger.....maybe that would help u to not buy it and then u can't have it......
one day at the time.....

Super excited that so many are coming on board !!

Couldn't find the wheat bran ;/
Found macademia nuts -- 6 oz was $8.98 !!! I bought roasted pecans instead -- 1 oz of mac nuts was I think 14g of fat. 1 oz of pecans was 21g of fat Figured they would work for now....

Yep, we all have our problems too. Don't leave the thread over that ! I binge occas too....... just get started and don't stop !! It's a hard problem to deal with. Good luck !

Had some brisket -- super tender and yummy
Salad with feta

May make some cc muffins..... I'm out ! Love them... need to put the lemon in them. Didn't do that the other times.

Glad everyone is chatty. Makes my day !!

Oh yes, you're totally right. 100%! I said I wouldn't buy any peanut butter, but I did because I convinced myself that I would control myself.

Not!!!!!

I do this with everything though. I can't have vodka in the house or I would drink it all in one night. I'm even strongly considering avoiding the mall on vacation because I WILL spend thousands at louis vuitton. UGH! I have no self control.

I called my mom and had a good cry on the phone and she made me feel better.

I actually have done counselling and medication. I've got ADHD. I'm a HOT MESS. Lord knows how I manage to run a successful business!

I take it one day at a time and try to laugh at myself as much as possible.

I have lost 13.4 lbs in 25 days. I would be doing MUCH better if I hadn't been PMSing 17 of those days I don't k ow if you saw my earlier post but I bit the bullet last night and started a 3 day cycle of my natural progesterone because that always makes me start. I haven't been on it for a few months now but I just can't take anymore pms lol. I will be right back off of it hopefully for good after the 3 days. I'm all bloated and breaking out and emotional today even more so than the past 16 days LOL

That's really good though! At the beginning of the summer I was 189. The lowest I've gone is 178. It's been a tough summer! I think you've done a great job so far, and you're really inspiring everyone else! I think you're doing great.

I had 2 really bad bouts of PMS this summer. My BF and I also broke up briefly. And then I had to put one of my beloved little gerbils to sleep after his cancer got the best of him. It was a really rough summer.

I'm sorry you had a rough summer I did too. I stalled from the beginning of June until I started this in August. I was so depressed and to make matters worse I have wanted to just lose another 30 lbs so I could try to have a second baby and not being able to lose all summer made me a basket case especially since my husband wants it do badly. Not to get into an insane long story but we have a 4 year old daughter. The whole time I was Pregnant he was in Iraq. He made it home just in time for her delivery then had to go right bak for another 6 months. He was gone 15 months total. Then 2 years later I get preggo and end up having a miscarriage (thankfully it wasn't anything wrong with my system but the baby just never formed). I am totally rambling. I just hate that my husband hasn't gotten to experience all the joy of pregnancy and the journey and I hate that for him and my body doesn't ever want to cooperate until lately lol

WOW! I have so much respect for you being a military wife. I don't know how you do that. My boyfriend lives in Michigan while I'm in Alberta (on the west side of Canada), so we're like 2000 miles apart. As much as it hurts and kills me, I can't imagine what it would be like if he was in Iraq. OMG. I guess we can totally understand each other. Having a long distance relationship is SO hard.

I hope you'll be able to have baby#2 soon!!!!

I have a small beauty business. I lease the top floor of a hair salon and I offer Shellac, gel nails, manicures, pedicures, brow & lash tinting, waxing and I recently purchased a laser hair removal machine, so I offer that as well now.

You have got that right. Long distance KILLS me. I especially hated that I couldn't call him EVER. He was always untraceable so I had to wait for him to call me and when they would have black outs it would be 3 or 4 days of nothing and CONSTANT worry but he was worth the wait

I couldn't even imagine that. I can just call my man when I want. We iMessage on our phones all day everyday and we FaceTime every night pretty much. We're in constant contact. I get worried when I don't hear from him for 6 hours, never mind 3 days OMG!!!! I would literally have dropped dead from a heart attack by now.

It was hard not to have a heart attack LOL. I think the only reason I kept calm was because I was pregnant.

I have issues with binge eating that I am happy to share. I am comfortable discussing here or in private whichever is most comfortable for you. I have learnt that this group is nonjudgemental and very supportive.
I am happy to say I have it under control since LC way of living.

So, I can fully relate to the PB thing. At my worse I could eat and entire box of Jos Louis cakes. 3 chocolate bars. And so on... I would hide sugary treats everywhere (hoard stuff) and binge alone. bags of cookies, gallons of ice cream. PB was not my drug of choice, ice cream was. I would sneak away from work to eat bag fulls of chocolate and surgary treats. And then i would cry and hate myself for it. So out of control.
I started figuring out my triggers- it was all emotional eating. i hated me and didn't love me. I felt sorry for myself.
I stopped bringing money to work (bank card) so I couldn't sneak away when stressed to binge. That was TUFF. I started LCing and this has help so much. As soon as I got all those sugar stores out of my body, the cravings subsided. I still need to be careful not to eat too much artificial sweetner so as not to trigger again.
I am also a recovering addict- clean since 2011. And giving up drugs only escalated my surgar addiction. So, i can really relate to addiciton and bingeing. I feel for you.
Today, I am blessed to be clean, sugar free, and an extremely successful professional. If I can do, anyone can.
Thank you for letting me share. I feel safe doing so here,

aww HUGS .. huge HUGS to you all! what a great supportive group we have here. i am so sorry for all the troubles you guys have gone through but have FAITH that you guys will all be OK

i am 40 and have been through a lot. i just turned 40 and man that sounds old.. sighh.. but all i can say now is that it does get better. soo much better.

i'm married to a former Marine and omg he's so hot and the love of my life. he is 9 yrs younger than me :P we met when he was in the marines and i was a single mom of two kids doing fine getting over an abusive ex.. very abusive. had no interest in a relationship. then along came him and he's just wonderful in every way. we got married right away, he got out of the marines, and then we moved to NJ for his job. we then had a baby boy 3 years ago. he is also a great father to my older kids- 12 & 13 yrs old.

so anyways.. i was tiny when we met and after having out baby i blew up. he is really into working out so i felt bad about myself. its like i couldn't be happy unless i was skinny. sucky feeling.. hubby was supportive through all this. i am so thankful for hhcg. i probably could have done it without it tbh.. but it was kind of the push i needed. counting calories, weighing everyday, etc.

i just want to say that things do get better when they seem like they never will hugs to all.

anyways. i stayed the same today. decided to do a 4th day of FF and see how that goes. had coconut oil for the first time in my coffee and yummy!! i was kind of afraid to use coconut oil cause of what people said about being able to stabilize in p3 but i figured i'm rogue anyways.

btw- be careful of those cream cheese clouds & muffins.. especially if you binge because they are THAT good and addicting. i don't have a problem with binge eating but when i eat one of those- i HAVE to have another
