Yes, totally! Did I see that you're in Toronto? I'm out in Calgary. I know we do have quite a few similar stores.

ditto x 2 Mary. I am so dedicated and on track because of this thread. This group holds me accountable but even more it provides me the support I need. We all understand the struggle of being over weight and the fight to lose weight. We celebrate each others successes. I can't ask for more. Ah man.... did I really write all that mushy stuff? Hormones are at it again, I'm almost teary!

I am supposed to start progesterone for the first time tonight and am terrified I am going to gain a ton of weight

This is the one I use too! But sometimes I add lemon extract to the mix for a light citrus taste. I also make bug batches and freeze them.

Anyone else here ever have issues with binge eating?

I'd love to talk privately with someone so we can share stories and encourage each other to stay binge-free.

I love this thread and I'm so thankful Mary made it! you girlies are great!

There's an area in the addictions section for binge eating but it's not very active.

I'm not sure if I'm ready to hang my dirty laundry out there like that. It's a very embarrassing problem.

OMG! I was gone like an hour and missed a whole page of convo LOL.

Christina, those recipes sound awesome!!!

Allie, I feel the SAME way when I think about the support we get in here! My hormones talk for me often. I understand LOL

Mandy, I don't in particular have a problem with binge eating but I understand wanting to do things in excess. I have ALWAYS like too much of anything so although I don't binge I partially understand and NO ONE here would ever judge you for saying anything about it
Just a side note: I think we all understand wanting to do things in excess

Okay, thank you! That's nice to hear.

I ate half a jar of peanut butter today. I always have issues on the days I'm sitting at home bored.
