Well, when you do the FF, your intestines/bowels empty pretty good (ideally) so once you start eating more solid food like veggies and more protein, they start to fill back up. So that adds to it. Quote:
I think I'm aiming for about 1200 cal today. I got some more peanut butter and I couldn't decide whether to get smooth or crunchy, so I got BOTH lol |

It's a double edged sword for me. I can easily eat it all day and be satisfied, but then I end up eating half the jar.
![]() Maybe you can help me, I bought a bunch of avocados, but they're not soft and scoop-able. What am I doing wrong? ![]() |

Avo's continue ripen after taken off of the tree....don't put it in the fridge till its at a softness u prefer. Leave it out on the counter or put them in a brown bag on the counter...only put them in the fridge if u want to stop them from ripening
hope this helps |

Hi all!! I am stocked up on coconut oil.
Just had to share something with you! In an attempt to up my fat and cals a little more today, I warmed up 1 cup of vanilla almond milk (unsweetend), added 2 tbs of coconut oil, a dash of cinnamon and 3 drops of Stevia. OMG! It is so good and comforting. You have to try it!! |
