here's day 1 and day 3 menu.
both left me at about 83-84% fat. the first day didn't feel like very much food. so i played around with the food a bit and had more bacon & eggs on day 2 & 3 and lost the same as i did on day 1. ![]() ![]() Last edited by junkn; 09-01-2012 at 01:10 PM.. |

okay sounds good but I can't do that much coffee...... no way....... don't know how I would do with no veggies, I get constipated too easily _ I know TMI _ but I will add CC and mayo to up the fat and see what happens.

oh ja about the bathroom stuff....
If I have a burger I put some flax meal (that always does the trick for me) and if no burger but some other kinda meat then I have a bit of cabbage which also works every time... Personally I can't do veggies right now because I am very carb sensitive. Once I get to goal I will add some veggies back in. Like cauliflower (might try it sooner and see what happens with CC mixed in) and of course broccoli with bacon....yumm yumm bacon ![]() |

Hi everyone!
I just want to make it clear to everyone new here or soon to join that this plan is NOT the traditional fat fast. They ARE very different because calories are super low on the traditional fat fast so when I say I am doing it long term that is why it is okay. It is NOT okay to do the regular fat fast long term beacause you will slow your metabolism to a crawl if yout eat 1,000 calories or under for any period of time. I just wanted to make sure everyone understood that and wasn't starving to death ![]() For reference: I eat 1,750 to 1,950 calories per day and I lose as fast or faster than most results I have seen on the traditional fat fast |

I have found that taking magnesium supplements keep me .. um .. going
![]() Can't do without them! Thanks Mary. I'm hoping that I see some results with a higher calorie intake than the traditional Atkin's Fat Fast, similar to what you are doing. I doubt my results will be as spectacular as yours, but I am hoping for something! |

I was eating a 7oz burger (raw) thinking I'd get more fat but now I see that was too much protein... Go for a smaller burger and more fat (i.e. more coconut oil or olive oil). Less meat, fattier cuts of meat. I think I'm getting it!! I'm close I can feel it! |
