here's day 1 and day 3 menu.

both left me at about 83-84% fat.

the first day didn't feel like very much food. so i played around with the food a bit and had more bacon & eggs on day 2 & 3 and lost the same as i did on day 1.

Ok, what do I eat all day long....hmmmmm
well, mine is diff from Mary's now....I started out doing it the same as her's that she posted before....
coffee with almond milk when I get up
coffee with HWC and almond milk (I like my coffee weak and white )
coffee with HWC and almond milk and CO
If I am hungry at any time during the morning I have a big spoon full of CC
between lunch and 2 another coffee with HWC, almond milk, CO(3-4tsp each time)
if I get hungry before or after supper (which I eat early) then I have some macadamia nuts (about 10pieces at the time)
sometimes I snack on some bacon or spam( I know I know gross) during the day
supper= some kinda meat and 1 lose cup of lettuce or some cabbage. If burger then with bacon, cheese and mayo. Anything else just some mayo or sour cream on top

If I should be hungry during the morning or upon rising I eat a couple eggs with scrambled with HWC with pesto cooked in butter.

That's pretty much it. I try to eat supper early and usually don't have a need to snack after supper. I try to eat early so I have an extended fast till the next morning....

I drink 2liters of cold peppermint tea and 1liter of water with ACV. If still thirsty then straight water.....

I don't measure or log my food....I eat when I am hungry only and I eat till I am full but not stuffed....I try to make sure what ever I eat I put a ton of fat stuff on it or in it...that's all....
I can't do tomatoes. The throw me out of ketosis right away...I am very carb sensitive...also no other veggies right now till I loose the bulk of my weight then I will slowly put them back in....
Hi Chik, Hope you are having a great day! Its hot up here in Canada too!! What is CC?

oh ja about the bathroom stuff....
If I have a burger I put some flax meal (that always does the trick for me) and if no burger but some other kinda meat then I have a bit of cabbage which also works every time...

Personally I can't do veggies right now because I am very carb sensitive. Once I get to goal I will add some veggies back in. Like cauliflower (might try it sooner and see what happens with CC mixed in) and of course broccoli with bacon....yumm yumm bacon

I am using fit day to do my calculations and even with cutting back I am still not able to get my protein under 14%. What am I doing wrong?? I am going to post todays menu below and with any luck you or Christina can see something I don't.
B- 4 eggs
2 tbls of coconut oil
1 tbs of mayo (olive oil based)
1 tbls of cream cheese

Snack- 4oz of heavy cream
1 tbls of cocoa powder (no milk, no sugar)
6 drops of stevia

L- 1/2 cup of coffee
1/2 cup of almond milk unsweetend
3 tbs of coconut oil

S- 2 cups of raw lettuce
2 oz roasted chicken
1 medium dill pickle
1/2 slice of tomato
2 small slices of turnip

My numbers are as follows:
calories 1,405
carbs 14.6 g
fat 132.4 g
Protein 47 g

This equates to:
83% fat
14% protein
3% carbs

If you have any suggestions please let me know. How do I up the cals without eating more coconut oil (I'm maxed here). Even when I drop tp 3 eggs, I am still too high on protein.

Maybe I could see your menu for today? I dunno... frustrated.

Alie
The only thing I can see that could be changed is the chicken. Chicken is almost always lower fat than other meats an high in protein. I would suggest a hamburger or maybe ribs with lots of fat on them. If you are still having trouble replace two eggs with macadamia nuts or cream cheese

You can eat pure wheat bran (buy offline not regular stuff in the store) with almond milk and heavy whipping cream for lots of fiber

Hi everyone!

I just want to make it clear to everyone new here or soon to join that this plan is NOT the traditional fat fast. They ARE very different because calories are super low on the traditional fat fast so when I say I am doing it long term that is why it is okay. It is NOT okay to do the regular fat fast long term beacause you will slow your metabolism to a crawl if yout eat 1,000 calories or under for any period of time. I just wanted to make sure everyone understood that and wasn't starving to death

For reference: I eat 1,750 to 1,950 calories per day and I lose as fast or faster than most results I have seen on the traditional fat fast

I have found that taking magnesium supplements keep me .. um .. going
Can't do without them!

Thanks Mary. I'm hoping that I see some results with a higher calorie intake than the traditional Atkin's Fat Fast, similar to what you are doing.
I doubt my results will be as spectacular as yours, but I am hoping for something!

I was eating a 7oz burger (raw) thinking I'd get more fat but now I see that was too much protein... Go for a smaller burger and more fat (i.e. more coconut oil or olive oil). Less meat, fattier cuts of meat. I think I'm getting it!! I'm close I can feel it!

Vey good point. I have even myself used the term FF but realize I could never get away with this many cals on a true FF.
