And I tried a new recipe: Cheesecake pudding


I haven't eaten it since it's so late at night, but I did lick the spoon. Tastes like cream cheese muffins, but with the consistency of pudding. I'm sure I'll love it.

Cream cheese, sweetener, HWC and sour cream, what's not to love, right?
I made a cheese cake the other day.. chocolate.. .. I just threw it together..lol.. 2 8 0z cream cheese.. about a hand full of sf chocolate chips.. nuked it for a minute.. stir.. added 1 tsp of vanilla.. and half cup splenda.. mixed and nuked again for a minute.. stir well.. put it in a 9 x 9 dish that I sprayed no stick stuff in.. put in fridg and let it set up... now I added some strawberries on top.. even though I knew I shouldn't but I wanted some :P?.. and it is delish!!

Ok, it's September 3 and I haven't been in here for a few days. In August I set some goals. I didn't make the weight loss one, but I did wear a peach blouse and liked it. And i got a pair of shorts that I wore all day long at the car wash. (fund raiser)

i didn't buy a full length mirror, but I did stand in front of the one in my son's room. I hate it because I am delusional and think I don't look that big. I then see myself in pictures and just wanna cry. So needless to say I haven't been taking many pictures lately.

Onward and upward are my motto this month.

September Goals:

Lose at least 5 pounds making me get out of the 60s.
Exercise 3x a week - doing whatever
Cut my hair - need it bc of damage and the need to feel sassy
Take some pictures - even if they are never posted
Wear fake eyelashes - find somewhere to use FULL makeup


That's all I can think of at the moment.

Wow, how time flies!

It's been 7 months since I last posted here. Laziness and life, I guess.

Trying to get things in motion and I need a journal of some sorts, so I'll be writing in here.

I eat as clean as possible, but I'm human and I love me some McDonald's and with my sweet tooth, let's just say that sometimes it ain't pretty. My eating plan is a combo of low carb and paleo, although I have done a few rounds of HHCG. I'm on Round 3 right now. Finishing off the supply I have and don't think I'll do it more this year. But I might revisit this later on, so just putting it out there.

When I started this journal I was weighing 171lbs, I think. Today I'm 140lbs.

Wow, I've lost 30 pounds!

Wanting to lose about 10 more with the Hhcg and if anymore, with my regular eating plan.

Will be staying accountable even with the ugly. *sigh*

Been one of those days where I think the hunger is more mental than physical and it's been rough. I stay pretty much POP (perfectly on protocol) but I strayed today. Still within the calorie allotment so there's that.


B-Blck coffee w/ stevia
L- egg white crepe sweetened with truvia and strawberries
snack - onion soup
Low carb tortilla w/ sugar free jelly (OP)
D- chicken with spinach salad
snack - 1/2 grapefruit

Drinks: water, detox tea, iced green tea and slushie, lemon water

Exercise: none

Will listen to a Gabrielle Bernstein lecture before the MTV awards.

Well, I reached my original goal of 135. (well, 135.2, whatevs), but I lowered my goal now for another 5-7 pounds. Some "leg room" I guess. Plus, I'm short so I might even have to go lower at some point.

As of yesterday, I am on a "Planned Interruption". This week is professional admins week and Bosslady gave a gift certificate for some spa treatments and the appointment is for this afternoon. She's also taking me to lunch tomorrow. Although I can probably stay on plan for that, you never know what hidden ingredients are in food and I don't want to chance it.

I'll deal with the aftermath on Saturday. And I'm going to finish up this bottle. Leaving it unopened will taunt me forever, so why risk it? I estimate I have about a week left and then it's on the P3. (Low carb and Paleo) for me.

Seriously, I can't wait.

Here's the good and the bad.

The good:

Facial and massage were fabulous. Will have to get them done more often. I even got a pedi so toenails match with nails on hands. Used Essie Snap happy. looks pretty. Was feeling fabulous.

The bad:

yesterday I went to lunch with bosses, had some beer, tasted some plantain and ate red snapper. Really delish. Had a good time.

Today I am up 6.2 pounds!!!!! I had a feeling I'd be up, but over 6 pounds in less than 2 days. Seriously? Hoping it's just water retention because if it real, I'll be having a stroke. Today I'm eating low carb and lots of liquids. Back on the juice tomorrow. For maybe a week, if that. Just want to be back where I was, anything more is just gravy.

There it is.

Forgot to mention, low carb and very low calorie.

Let's say it's a correction day. Egg/egg white day here. And lots of green tea. Although I'm brewing chocolate chai as I write this.

I'm off to get my daughter's pup his 2nd dose of shots, then home. I might go with my bestie to a ballet function at the College where he works. Already told him I can't drink or eat anything. Just water or sparkling water. He laughed, but hopefully he won't insist too much. He LOVES food and drinks too much.

I'm back to my "normal" weight. Those extra 6lbs were killing me even though it wasn't a "real" gain. Trying to lose a bit more with what I have left.

I think I have about 2-3 more days then 2 low cal day without, then low carb. Maybe by Monday or Tuesday. Which works because I'm jonesing to exercise like a fiend. And soon my daughter will finish school so I can either get up early to do something or head out to the track.

Good afternoon!

Today is day 5 of P3. Doing good. Last weigh in was 135.2 and I was 136.6 this morning. Still within the 2lb window and I slightly overate yesterday. All on plan, but a larger quantity than what I would have normally. (I think) LOL!

Had a great Mother's Day. Kids took me out for breakfast and then we went to my mom's for some good quality time. I got my Wonder Woman chucks, which I have been wanting forever!

I got a pic with my mom. It was late and not the best quality, but it's there in my avi. ♥

What's up with me? Hanging on strong to 135ish.

TOM is revisiting tomorrow which sucks since the dress I'm wearing on Monday is Ivory. And I want to say form fitting? But not tight. Not sure how to explain, but it's a peplum dress. And I have to suck it in (even with spanx) so you can't tell I have them on. Might be quite the adventure. Thinking of skipping the spanx all together, but need better undergarments. Might venture out for that after I get out of the salon tomorrow.

Monday is my babygirl's high school graduation. One of the reasons I decided to lose the weight once and for all.

Hoping to get ALOT of pics.

I've been maintaining between 145-148 since July. I was also eating anything and everything I wanted. Not the right thing to do when you aren't in your teens or 20s.


I tried to stay LC, but I just maintained. My roommate and I got talking one day and said I should shock my system and do WW.

Signed up on the 9th. (Although I went on the 1st to check it out) Weigh in day is on Saturday so I'll start posting that in here.

As of November 2: 146
Official SW: 144.6
W: 142.4
Goal weight: 137.6 as of right now
=-4.8 to go
