Low Carb take 3
This is my 3rd time doing the Atkins diet. The first time, I was 19 and lost 49 lbs. I went from 188 to 139. I got married 4 years later and had my first child. I was at 240. Then when my brother in law got married when I was 30 and I once again went on the diet and went from 240 to 190 by the wedding. Lost 50 lbs. 2 months after he got married, I got pregnant with my 2nd child. I went up to 221. So now I am once again doing the Atkins diet, this time, going by net carbs instead of total carbs. I am a lot happier. I started on June 10 and am currently at 199 as of this morning, with a goal of losing 75lbs total. Anyone have any good ideas for desserts? I am DONE with jello.

Ksk this is also my 3rd time so welcome back! I eat whipped peanut butter spread 2tblsp in a bowl with reddiwhip and sugar free caramel syrup on it. The pbs is made by walden farms and is 0 carbs. Sometimes I add a sppon of sf stawberry preserves too. I also made cheesecake muffins from the recipe board but they turned out a bit eggy for my taste.
