I'm Daspri! I'm 17 years old and about to be a senior in high school. Since i started high school, my weight has gone from 95 lbs to 159 lbs and I hate it! I know I'm a little young to be trying a diet, but just exercising isn't doing anything for me. A few years ago, my mom tried ANA and the weight fell off of her! Considering our body types are so similar, I decided this might work for me too. So today (July 11, 2012) was my first day and it was a huge failure. I've been craving my usual food all day and my parents picked today to load our kitchen with junk food. Ugh! I have no clue how I'm going to do this without help from my mother (she has quit). I have to figure out how to cook healthy meals by myself and buy what i need from the grocery store. I think I'm going to just have an Atkins protein shake for dinner, while everyone else chows down on a high carb dinner. Tomorrow I'm hitting the gym before breakfast and in the afternoon! Wish me luck while I try to bring my weight down to 128 lbs
