I have not been able to get back on track. I don't know what is going on in my head. I keep telling myself to stop this nonsense. My BS is through the roof. I have been praying for guidance. My weight is hanging in there fluctuating a few pounds here and there. I need a good kick in the butt. Weight 227.4

I am down 12 pounds since March 4. I have slipped up twice, once not realizing how many carbs were in a Bourbon Street Steak at Applebees. This is not a L/c friendly place to eat. Even salads are high in carbs for me anyway. I am doing relatively well and of course I feel so much better. Looking forwrd to my doctors appointment next month to see any changes in the A1c. I would assume it has to be down somewhat. Blood sugars have been anywhere from 90 to 115. More when I slipped up.Hopefully I can keep this up. It seems easier this time around and if I do slip up I am not in the mindset oh well I already blew it so I might as well eat what I want and start tomorrow. That is a good thing.

Thanks Bella.

Weight still fluctuating. Have gained 1.6 pounds. Haven't been doing really strict induction. Not cheating as far as carby foods go. I have been eating 1/4 cup of nuts for a snack. Think I need to stop this. I like the flax muffins, but I love the almond flour muffin better. I made one yesterday and put banana extract in it. It was soooo good. Not sure if almond flour would be allowed on induction but it is ok. I won't eat one every day. I am at 236. Sugars are still under 140.
