Deb a movie would be great. I didn't go see that movie Hope Springs yesterday with hubby so I think I may go see that one today before the evening, cheaper in the afternoon. I need to watch myself around all that popcorn, I will just take deep breaths of popcorn smells and enjoy.

I would love some alone time...I would finish Storm of Swords, reorganize my kitchen cabinets...start a sewing project (that I would likely never finish). Still sounds like heaven to me.

Your alone time sounds wonderful. I am hanging some new curtain rods today along with some new curtains for my living room. Rosie needs a bath , she loves to roll around the backyard in the dead dried worms. I am definitely cleaning my bathroom, it needs an intervention! I am going to sort things in the basement to give to charity and so much more so I will have a full week, hey it seems like my normal routine except the "Romantic Comedy Movie Marathon!"

Maggie! Hope you're having a good day! I need to clean too. We're leaving Fri for our stacation, and my house sitter is a neat freak. So, when I go on vaca I need to mop, dust and vacuum before leaving. Such a pain! But, it's nice to come home to a clean house!

After 1 week on P3 my weight is 176 so I am up some but I am not freaking out over it. Now if I don't get it to come back down I will.

Thanx Pati(there I go spelling badly again ) Lost 18 lbs. this past round and stopped because I didn't want to cheat. TOM through a big monkey wrench in my delusional plan of losing 35 lbs. this past round. Ah well, we live, we learn. So good to see you posting again, really missed you lady. I will be here supporting you and cheering you on, you can count on that! Hubby will be home tomorrow and I still have a few things to accomplish before he arrives. Got to get a move on.

Hey Gracie, thank you for the support. I was reading a journal and there was a link to a Blog about body image. There was 10 things to consider when we think about our bodies and one thing in particular stood out to me. It said....

Remind yourself that "true beauty" is not simply skin deep. Beauty is a state of mind, not a state of your body.

I am sooo grateful that I allowed myself this past summer to wear and do some things I stopped myself from doing all because that thoughts in my head that said "what if someone thinks I am too fat or what will someone say?" The Bible tells me that God fearfully and wonderfully made me and I need to believe it and start living it. I am not a number on the scale and though I may gauge this as a form of success in life it is NOT all there is if I don't have positive body images of myself. God doesn't make junk as one saying goes. "I AM beautiful not matter what they say and words can't bring me down" as Christinia Aguilara sings.

We are ALL beautiful no matter what the scale says or others say. Have a beautiful Friday and weekend!

I needed this today Maggie You are so right, beauty is a state of mind. I've abstained from many activities in fear of looking fat God does NOT make junk - I love this! I'm going to print out this post and keep it on my desk to read every day!!!

So true, Maggie! We must live and appreciate everything we are, one day at a time. The journey is just as important as the destination.

So true!! I've been trying to come to terms with this. You always have a special knowledge of knowing what's needed to post at the right time. I love your positive, supportive energy that comes through in your words. Hope you have a great weekend.

Zumba was great but boy what a workout this time. The gym was hot and I don't like it when it's toooo uncomfortable. I got in a 3 mile walk with hubby yesterday but it is still humid and I don't like that either. Oh well, one has to do what one has to do. I am so excited for Fall to start and how the trees here change to beautiful colors. Today my weight is up to 176.8 Not sure about P4 because whenever I add more carbs back in the scale isn't kind to me and also being Diabetic I always have to watch it. I can't believe I have been thinking about Carrot Cake. For my next load on Christmas Day I want to have some or maybe on Thanksgiving. I will definitley be looking for a lower carb recipe and I think I know where I can find one. Oh would that taste great for a load food. I think if I wait till Christmas Day to have it I would probably enjoy it more. I will be traveling to Indiana in Novemeber and I know we will have some foods I usually don't eat but I am planning it so I should be okay. So I am looking at November at least 2 times having something that I normally don't eat. I am giving myself till the end of the month to work on P3-4 and then in October start to working on losing some weight for my personal Christmas challenge of reaching 160 lbs. Can I do it? All I know is that I have to try.
