I agree about the occasional indulgence I personally could not stay away from cake for the rest of my life! I hear people say that and it seems so restrictive. We have to learn how to work some things in every once in awhile or we are not really living. I must say that some of the substitutes they have recipes for are great though! Down. 1.1lb today so I am staying in my window. So how is your move going!! Must be exhausting

Funny I was sure I would have to do a correction day today since I was only. .8 away from my window yesterday, we had a office luncheon and I ate freely. I had rice and black beans, fried plantains,shredded pork, a spinach pastry,ham,green bean casserole, peanut butter pie and 2 helpings of peach cobbler. I also had low carb cheesecake later at home but was tired and skipped dinner. And lost weight lol.

Only a few more days and I will be loading for round 2! I am so proud of myself for being able to maintain as well as I hae these past few weeks. I am really excited to start losing again though!

Shanan,you are so good about posting in your journal! You are doing amazing! It makes me think about doing another round I think you just have to get your mind right and losing about a lb a day keeps you motivated. I know people think 500 calories a day is not much food but there are starving people out there that would LOVE to have 2 servings of protein,2 fruits and 2 sevings of veggies a day! We are so use to overeating that when we eat less people think we are starving ourselves It's not suppose to forever Keep up the good work

Ok i fell off the wagon a few times struggling to stay in plan. Had a bad breakup with my bf and lost alot of weight just from the stress and pain i was going through. I went from 174 to 159. I started eating more and gained some and i was like i am pretty close to goal so i will do another hcg round. I started loading at 163 this past weekend and after loading started on mondat with vlcd. This morning i was 160.5.

10/15- 158.1
I have been working out between 2-4 nights a week for the past few months and have gained but can tell it is muscle. I have stayed consistently between 156-158 for awhile now. My main problem is that I did not reach goal and would like to be around 140-145. Right now I am trying to get settled back into JUDDD to see if I can lose on it with working out. If not I will do another HCG round. I will try to post my progress pics here.. They are October 2012 1 year ago. July this year at low weight of 150. And one from a week ago.

smash these last few lbs!

So having lost 42lbs the past 15 months using first low carb, then JUDDD then 2 rounds of HCG I went from 194-150.9 then I started working out while keeping my calories around 1200 thinking I could get to my goal of 140-145 that way. I gained and stabilized around 156-158 but after 3 months no losses. I decided to commit to working out 4xs a week since I can see the changes in the pictures I posted a few days ago but I am also going to stick to juddd in the hopes my weight will drop. I hope it works for me:-)
