people are starting to notice..

I went into an establishment I visit 2xs a week as a sales rep. It was after I attended an open house at my bf's work so I was dressed up more. The lady didn't recognise me and said I looked like I had lost about 30 lbs! Lol so that means I normally look fat at work but atleast she noticed! I dug out some smaller sizes to wear to work since obviously my clothes were too baggy

So far 13.8 lbs gone in 12 days on HCG! I will be so excited to see the 160's in the next few days I really can't believe its been so long since I've weighed this much I was thinking about it today and I started gaining weight after I started the depo prevara birth control shot in March 2010 but it was slow it took me 2 and a half years to gain about 50 lbs. I dieted constantly too and kept gaining. This is the only thing that has really moved the scale for me. I get really bummed thinking yeah I've lost a total of 21.4 lbs but I still have 27 to go, maybe 32 if I shoot for 140! Ahhhh!!

Thanks GailyGail! I am not doing JUDDD right now since I am following the HCG protocol but definately plan on returning to a higher calorie version of JUDDD for maintenance once I am at goal.

I cannot believe I have been on this diet for 14 days now with no cheats! I am trying to decide what I am going to do about the whole Thanksgiving thing. I can do a planned interruption and stop taking HCG 2 days before Thanksgiving, eat thanksgiving dinner and go back on HCG the next day. It will set me back anywhere from 2-7 days and I could extend my round from 21 days to a longer one.
or I could just eat on plan before going. I am still undecided. My thoughs were leaning toward extending my round anyway as long as i keep losing. I might do the planned interruption but want to lose this weight too. I also know I will need to do another round anyway to get to goal so a small setback now is not going to keep that from being true.

On day 17 of HCG and down 18.2lbs. Down 25.8lbs from my starting weight of 194 on June 28th. I am so very glad I gave HCG a chance!

Powerball. what would you...?

Wow down here in Florida we are all so excited about the powerball being so big. So if you won close to 500 million dollars what would you do? Take the lump sum? Around 327 mil after taxes.. what would you buy with the money? Or who would you help?

I would take the lump sum, build my dream house in Prescott, Az., buy my mom, brother, stepdad, and ex h and ex mother in law houses and give my mom, brother and ex mil and ex h money. I would also give money to some people I know at work who are going through rough times. I would make sure my kids went to good colleges and had money contingent on them being productive (no free rides )
I would defiately get a tummy tuck and bigger girls I would buy my bf his dream car and I would get a new jeep wrangler and an audi r8v10 and a beautiful 74 chevy nova ss which was my first car. My charity would be autism because my nephew who is being raised by my ex mil is autistic and I think that is near and dear to me. I would definately retire! I have worked enough for 3 people already and I am only 37! I would probably try to write novels or start a business doing something I really love.

Shanan,you are one of the poster kids for hcg! You have done AWESOME! Don't get discouraged with the ups and downs,you body is trying to trick you in to putting it back on I have known a lot of people that have lost on hcg and put it all back on as soon as they started eating more food(me included) I never could get back on the horse so to speak as my resolve was gone. I am so proud of you!

Thanks Harley Gma! I really like the idea of staying within the 2lb of my p2 low weight of 165.9 I feel like it will really help me keep on top of it! Like yesterday I went down more than a pound below my lw and I thought maybe I will eat more today but really we ended up going to a mexican restaurant last night with my bf and his mom and I had a low carb chimichanga which had 2 chimichangas on the plate when it came out! So 2 low carb tortillas which to me feels like a cheat. All of the sides/toppings were on plan but I had 1 marguirita too! It was worth it! so I am not surprised it went up that much but I am drinking alot of water today and eating on plan so it should even out I hope!

Sometime you have to splurge to stay in the real world As long as you are aware of what you are doing and keeping it in check I think you will do okay I think people get tired of being on a diet and just give up and say the heck with it and then of course they are back where they started and then some Enjoy your life and have a few treats and then eating on plan the rest of the time is not so hard and worth it
I just read you post about the lottery.I had tickets too and like you I would help a lot of people. I hope the 2 that won it do the same It would be scary to win it because you know your life would never be the same and sometimes money really destroys people and relationships.It really can be "the root of all evil"
