Hey sweetie, It's been a while since you were last here. I was gona ask you something today about juddin and found this...So far I am doing good. I have been wondering if my dd is low enough. I am doing 1,300 on UD and 800 on DD...Thinking I need to go much lower on DD even though I am losing steady since I started doing this....Thinking I should try 600 for DD. What do you think. Shanan you are very carbie on here. How have you done since you were last here. I do remember you saying your phone messed up and that was why you had been gone for about a week?

ML I have been doing ok on JUDDD but like I said I was not able to track calories at all while my phone was broken. I just guessed but I have a hard time reaching my upday calories they are 2000 and am sure I went over my downday calories which are 500 so I was probably like 1600- 1400 on updays aand 700 or so on downdays so I basically went up and down between 185 and 189 back and forth. Now that im tracking again I am at the low end again 184-186. They say on juddd you bounce around alot with your weight but if you keep the calories right then it moves down. They recommend a 1500-1000 calorie spread between updays and down days so if you are eating 800 on down days you should atleast be eating. 1800 on updays or drop the down day calories. But in all honesty the usually don't lose fast so if you are losing now I would keep it the same until you stop losing for a week maybe and then drop your downday calories. If its working then id keep it the same.

Ok its September 1st! As of today no matter how busy, I will make sure to track AND measure all of my food again. I did lose weight in August but I know I could've lost more if I had been tracking. I also will make sure I post more to hold myself accountable. Today is a DD and its 12:45 and no food yet. I am getting hungry but have alot to do at work still so that should distract me for a few hours

Been extra busy at work. I also took my son roller skating yesterday and fell down and most likely broke my tailbone. I broke it when I was 12 and it feels the same. Today is an UD and I had.

900 cal.. need 1100 more.

Shanan I am so sorry you hurt yourself!

You are doing so good on your WOE

I am having the same problem with not eating enough on a UD.

I think one of the mistakes I am doing is not Pre-planning. I already know what I have to eat this month so I am going to start logging everything in the night before. That way I will not go over or under.
Sure gona give it my all!!!!

And on DD's I have started eating a little something to give me some fuel. Today it was a dill pickle and a pack of tuna, one serving. One serving of Dukes mayo and a little mustard.

I have to find something else. Maybe hot sf jello...?

Your Kcals sure are high on UD. How did you come up with your numbers?? What are they on your DD?

That hot jello sure hits that empty spot!

Dr. Johnson has a website. He created JUDDD. There is a calculator there. My numbers from that are 1936 UD and 388 DD. On the juddd boards here at LCF alot of them do a 2000 UD and 500 DD. Dr.johnson recommends a 1500 calories split between up and down days 1000 at least for the sirt 1 to kick in. I lose way faster when I am better at hitting my numbers. Basically you are just reducing your weekly calories but the diet works better when you hit the numbers. It is supposed to be your bodys daily caloric needs minus 14% for updays. I think. Ill have to look it up again to make sure.

Well over the weekend my bf has gotten prepared for a healthy eating plan to lose weight. He bought an insulated lunch box and a ton of "healthy" food. I plan on leaving him in the dust with strict atkins induction/ JUDDD! We are going to be walking every evening too. Today is a DD and I am trying to keep it under 500 calories no matter what! Wish me luck on my competition he is convinced his way is the right way...

Totally almost forgot yesterday was Monday and a Midday for me not a downday. Hit almost 900 calories. TODAY is my DD last night I had boston butt roast that I cooked in the crockpot overnight and all day.. for tonight I took out chicken breast and probably have green beans.

He iis still eating carbs, just not alot of sugar. More fruits and veggies and yogurt. He is already had a headache from no soda for 2 days. He's eatng oatmeal too, still better than all of the sugar filled calories he was drinking for soda all the time.

After talking to Dawn this weekend on the Juddd thread I am recommitting to do juddd the right way. My real numbers off of the JUDDD calculator are 1930 ud and 391 dd. I am committing to do a strict rotation and really get to work on losing this weight for good! Also changing my stats to reflect my recent gain. As of yesterday I weighed 189. Saturday I went jogging. Uggh.. with my knee being hurt it was not a good idea but I was in a bad place emotionally and frustrated because of my gain. I am going to try to alternate my insanity dvds and my other workout set I forget what its called but I want to try to do it daily and get this weightloss going!

1954/391.. ud dd numbers I keep forgetting them! I posted it wrong on here too a few posts ago. I was under dd calories yesterday, so that's good. All I've had so far today was an ESA carb control shake 100 calories so I will have alot of eating to do when I get off work!

Have had really good rotations just weighed after work and was 180.8 how did that happen? Yesterday am I was at 184.7 sooo quite a whoosh! I am going to be so excited if it sticks

181.3 currently, still a great loss from being at 189 sunday! did Hip Hop Abs Thursday and last night. Can really feel it in my shoulders and legs. The weightloss this week has been so motivating! I just want to keep the ball rolling!

Weighed 182.2 have been working out since last Thursday everyday! At first my weight went up at the beginning of the week up to 183.9 but now the past 2 days its going back down. I m relieved to see that! I have been keeping to my calories and rotations and hope to see some progress soon as far as inches go. Its so frustrating that at my height it takes forever to notice any change!

After a long 4+ months I am finally getting some momentum! Hcg is working! I am soo happy to finally get this weight moving and off of me!

Horrible rushed day today at work, I've had a lingering cold for a week and felt feverish all day. Not to mention for some weird reason I am not receiving texts on my phone. Spent the whole morning mad at my bf because he never texted me back and then I called him on the way home and found out he got all of my texts but I didn't get any. Dd said she texted me that she got a ride home from school but I didn't get it so I waited in line to pick her up finally called her after 20 min. So now im just cranky at nothing! did my food right though! Gotta keep up the momentum

Just did some calculations and now I am down 17.3lbs from where I started my journey! I am really pleased that I tried HCG. I was very worried about switching plans yet again but its working out great!
