FAT and furious!

Not a typo. I'm not fast and furious! i'm FAT and furious that i let myself regain every pound i've lost.

I weighed in today at a whopping 254.6 pounds! I'm not gonna let that number increase anymore. So today, I'm starting over!

Day 1 low carb:

Lunch: cajun blackened tilapia, grilled shrimp (4) and 2 servings of broccoli w a garlic butter sauce

snack: 2 zucchini's worth of zuch chips

dinner: brisket and asparagus

boyfriend started today too! i dunno his starting weight but he's been sick for the last week and lost 24 pounds over that period of time.

his stomach is still unsettled so he is grazing on the following today: half a rotisserie chicken, steamed broc and green beans.

here we go!

jason and i were out of town this past tues-thurs which is kinda nutty when u just start a new diet! but u know what!?!?

we did it! not one cheat amongst a ton of opportunities to cheat! man were we tempted! but we worked it out. bf lost 9 pounds over those days for a total of 33 pounds lost! gooooo jason!

i haven't weighed in yet.. waiting for monday. i feel lighter and am happy about it.

249.6 this morning! i'm not losing nearly as fast as i have in the past. my doc thinks it the depo shot, so we are looking at switching me over to mirena. either way... i'm down 5 lbs and i'm grateful for that! slow and steady i suppose!
