Good for the exercise and starting at that, that is progress!!!!!

Glad you were not hurt, keep fighting the fight is tough!!! I know these people doing WW can eat anything I cant do it, I would be so freaking fat from eating all my points in junk!

HA! Amber it was so ridiculous!

I've done 3/10 hours of Callanetics so fat this month! I really want to do all 10, but we will see. I really like the slow movements and stretches.

My weight didn't change this week, which I expected. I'm still at 188.6. I ate off plan and started working out, so didn't expect to see anything move.
Still trucking along though.

I'm almost glad I have some proof of the gluten thing. I have even more reason to avoid it now! I can remember getting those rashes off and on throughout my life, starting in my early 20s. I have scars from it on my torso.

So, no gluten, no rash. Easy peasy!

4/10 hours of Callanetics down!

Woke up with a splitting headache today. I also ate like it was going out of style yesterday - about 2500 cals. Kept within my carb limit though, so could have been worse.

You are right - didn't even think about that.

Last night I made Pot de Creme, chocolate, for us. OMG-this is quite literally one of the best things I have ever put in my mouth! Easy peasy, rich and high in good fats. So creamy and delicious. Super low carb too.

5/10 hours of Callanetics down this month!

Huh, who would have thought that I'd find something that I liked and actually stick with it?

WTG Janet on the working out. I said I was going to give Callanetics a try but never did. I don't know why

Ceecee, I like it because the movements are small, I don't get too out of breath, and I can feel it working.

Thanks so much!

I had a NSV today! I put on a pair of pants for work today that had gotten incredibly tight and I had to strugle to zip.
I'm wearing them today, and while they are a tiny bit snug, I am not uncomfortable and I don't feel like I can't breathe.
I guess this 10/10 is working! I was hoping for an instantly flat belly, but that is not going to happen without surgery!

Well, I might be defeated after today.

Apparently the people in my household, are on strike today and demanding pancakes for dinner.
I'll be back on plan tomorrow.

Ha - you are right Ceecee!
I have decided that rather than beat myself up, I will know in my head and heart that I will cheat, and that I can get back on the wagon. I know that I'll swell up from the carbs and itch from the gluten, but I can live through it.

Have you tried the gluten free bake mixes?? Some are very tasty. (James eats them from time to time)

I have - the mix from King Arthur is fantastic, but not low carb. I mostly use almond flour in my baking and breading and love that as well.

The pancake demand is for pancakes from a very specific restaurant near us. They have the best ever!

I survived carbapalooza.

Back on track today
I did get on the scale and I'm up 2 pounds - to be expected if I am going to eat this way.

Hello everyone - I did not weigh today as I got up super early for a meeting. The later I sleep, the less I weigh!
Ate super clean yesterday and will again today.
