I did not eat on plan last night. For dinner, we had cereal. It could have been worse, I know, but it could have been better too.
So, back to plan today.

My mental and emotional state leave a lot to be desired though. I've been soooo moody and snappy lately and don't have a real reason for it. Things are good for the most part and I hate being like this.
Maybe delayed Induction Flu? Maybe super early TOM? I'm just making everyone around me a little miserable.

Weighed today and am back down to 190.6. Only half a pound but I will take it!

I'm making a low-carb mock cinnamon coffee cake, and K is making wings. I was also thinking of low-carb pizza, but we will see how ambitious I really am.
