Induction day 4 Cheat day

I have been doing pretty well for the past 3 days. But then today (Sunday) I decided to cheat: 4 pieces of mini pretzel snacks, a slice of bread, a candy bar, and with bagel coming up in a few with a glass of wine. I did have my greens though; however, I still cheated. And guess what...I do not feel guilty. Although I should be sticking to the vegetables and proteins with a bit of berries and nuts on the side (I can't live without them. Plus that they prevent me from eating desserts and simple carbs). So why have a cheat day?
If I don't have a cheat day in which I include a carbs in my meals once every week or every other week, I will be depriving myself and going bolistos when I end up being surrounded by them. But just because I have a cheat day today , I can't always cheat every day. That was my mistake during spring semester college 2012.
Also, aside from cheat days, I also realized that when I am stressed I eat. And those days when I am stressed are the days when I am studying. I have just figured it out when I was studying for my Spanish test at work. So, I decided that in order to stop that, I should set up a time to study and a time when I should not eat: stop eating at 5pm and at 7 pm. After those times I'll be studying and stressing and not cheating. If I do end up having a cheat day like a day once every two weeks of eating out with friends or on a sunday, I can schedule around when I can cheat.

I hope I can do this. Lost 5 pounds in a few days. I can do more this week.

Ps: for some reason, my comp won't let me load pics so I guess I'll be typing away
