I know I have a deal with myself that I cannot eat any Halloween candy one little butterfinger has 9 carbs! Twix are even worse, holy crap, I am going to tell the boys tonight, take your stashes and hide them I cant keep starring at it! I am being so strict, like so strict it is amazing to me, LOL And honestly you do lose the cravings once you stuff shoving the face full of the junk!

Still resisting the Halloween candy, LOL Made it to the gym though everyday since the storm the darn scale is now stuck again, why cant it keep moving, glad it is Friday!

This morning we have a rock show there are not a lot of places that sells rocks we like to make jewelry with so I am hopeful something will be exciting to me. I am glad I am cabbing again with Tony, we cleaned out the whole shop, 2 years of my absence he got out of hand, we are sorting through rock, and pulled out everything we dont want, so that is good, and we started selling it and made $80 so far, so we are having fun, plus when I am cabbing I cant eat all covered with rock snot, so its a good diversion!!!
It is so cold, I can feel winter knocking now, ughghg

OMG just the thing I needed my new trainer is starting a Biggest Loser contest, it will run til 1/5/13, we will be drafted into teams of 5 and all of us contribute to the weigh in, this is stressful and just what I need to stay motivated, there is about $300 in the pot the winning team will split, and he puts in a $50 prize, this is exciting!!!! I showed a gain since 2 weeks ago due to my bad week then my good week, that stopped working so I gotta get it together and stay focused!!!! He wants me to go back to eating some carbs for the workouts since I was losing consistently, he thinks going back and forth is not a good idea so back to recording, and serious workouts!

Took Nanner to the casino yesterday for her B-day she won $300 she has been lucky there, I lost everything plus the $ she kept giving me, LOL But we had fun, I am like Nan we gotta go I have to work tomorrow I think she would have stayed all night!
Gotta figure out what I am eating now and try to lose this weight for the contest! It is freezing here!!!! |

maxi it was 23 here this morning,m I had to scrape the darn windshield at 5:15 when I went to the gym!!! LOL
We had no internet last night I guess maybe from the storm still, ughghg!!! I got my butt to the gym though cold and all I knew I would start hating it when it got so cold! |

My internet was out, but now it is back up again, such a pain!!! My PS is having a beauty night so going with some friends to that, I hope I win a boob job, LOL My cleaning lady, Bobby's Sunday school teacher is hospitalized with a mass on her kidney, surgery today, then my hairdresser called her BF hung himself, OMG I am so crazy too much to process!!! I swear I never know what is on the other side of that phone when someone calls!! So my heart is heavy today for people.
