Man I will say it again I dont know how teachers do it! I had enough of 14 classes, the office never looked so good as it will today! OMG my boss fell in class yesterday, I was doing the presentation and she was passing out papers and tripped over a boy's back pack right down, her pinky is bruised and her hip there is nothing to her so I hope she is OK today, God love her I felt so bad, and the boy felt terrible.
Lunches out and 2 dinners I am a bloated sow, no gym for 3 days, I am all out of whack I think I might need a week of induction next week, ughh I feel like crap!

OMG work was so nuts everyone wants to buy flood insurance well there is a 30 day waiting period so they would not be covered now and 5 days waiting for surface water so I am guessing next week will be a nightmare, boss took us all out for dinner and invited the spouses she is great! God I am so lucky I took this job, the hours are not the best but at least I like my job!!!!

People just don't get it! Ins. Co. Would be nuts to sign you up and cover a storm that is a couple days away!
Sounds like a great job! Be safe! Having a hard time believing mega snow may be here in a couple days when it felt like summer again! Hearing warnings to be ready for days without elec. in case we get smacked! Trying to talk DD into getting her winter tires on! |

Well Sandy is starting to hit us, things are getting crazy around here!!! My boss said come in and if it gets bad she will send us home, schools and businesses are closing, we are supposed to get nailed around noon-3 with the eye of the storm. Ughghg what a mess, the worst is being without power so I hope we dont lose that. Everyone be safe!!!
As a side note my week of eating was horrendous, OMG I am up 8 pounds, so I am doing a week of low carb I got ready by eating like 1/2 a bag of butterfingers, LOL Now it is out of my system, eating out is the worst! 3 times last week, Nan was here junk everywhere, I didnt get to the gym, just a disaster so this week I am going to debloat and get back on track! I did a gycolic acid peel on my face and now I am all red and peely, LOL I am a freaking mess!!!! Last edited by Bejewelme; 10-29-2012 at 03:14 AM.. |

Just got home from work it is starting to pick up pretty good here, Tony is on his way home, I am suppose to study 4 manuals of insurance, LOL But it is nice she sent us home and most likely will be home tomorrow I am cooking like mad trying to get things ready for if the power goes out, all we can do is be prepared as best we can and ride it out, everyone be safe!!!!!! I am praying hard!

We are OK, amazingly we did not lose power but lost cable so internet and phone and something must have been going on with a Verizon tower cause we had no cell, OMG I hate when we have no internet, but I think we were very lucky. The office is without power, and Tony's office, he is closer to Philly, NJ is a mess they really got hit hard. So I am thinking we are all very lucky that nothing bad happened, lots of debris scattered and it is so wet, so I figure maybe til the weekend it will dry out, it sure was scary I can say this was not as bad as it could have been. I still think the blizzard of 1996 was the worst!

The Jersey shore is a mess. As of last night the office was still without power so I dont know what we will find today we are suppose to go in at 8:30 and I guess if no power she will send us home. So the most horrid of holidays for low carb, I had sucha terrible week last week, I said that is it, so the last 2 days I have been strict low carb, I dropped 7 pounds of my 8 pound bloat, good grief that tells me I better keep going, so I used lighter weights but did my routine this morning, I had not been to the gym in 5 days, geez it felt good to get back to normal!
So no trick or treat tonight, I am vowing to not eat any candy! |

Glad you are all OK weather wise. Yay on losing the bloat.
Just think of candy as something yucky. It is just too sweet and so bad for you. This comes from someone who is not fond of anything really sugary! There are othe things I like though, such as the bottle of really good wine we had last night! Off for surgery on my hand today. No eating until tonight! Hugs to ALL! |
