Well I had my training with the new trainer last night, holy butt kicking, wow that wa sa workout, he is giving me 3 routines to do MWF, then T Th I di the legs that I am doing already, he says he is going to get me to my final goal, so OK, I am game!!!! He said I was way tougher than he thought!!!!!
Today is my baby's birthday, Bobby is 12 today he is such a good kid I am so blessed!!! Friends of ours from AZ are in PA, so tonight we are taking them to dinner and Bobby will have a special B-day dinner, I need to be strict!!!!!! No cake for me tonight!!!

Had a nice night, friends of ours from AZ came in their RV close to us so we met them for dinner, and had some time to visit, I wish they had been staying longer but still good to see them!!! We went to Shady Maple like the worlds largest buffet ever, but I was really good, except I had to have a little stuffing with gravy! But rows and rows of dessert I passed up I had a spoonful of some sugar free pudding, it was not that hard, I am sure I bloated up but it will come off before weigh in I hope!!!!

Yes I tried to focus on the friends there was even 2 chocolate fountains! Christine you have to go you cant even describe it, the market there is like the biggest grocery store ever, I swear Wegmans looks tiny compared to that!!!
So finished week 3, OMg so much training!!!! Tony and I are alone this weekend, man is that nice! I have bootcamp workout tomorrow and the trainer and weigh in on Sunday! I had a house showing today the first one since May, I am keeping my fingers crossed!!!!! |

Did the bootcamp workout again, holy smokes all that running I am so out of shape in that department! I am freaking exhausted!!!
Had to find some things so got black shoes, black pants and finally a red blazer! Came home and I am ready to curl up! Aldi had 1 pound filets marinated with garlic for 5.99 so Tony is grilling that with aspargus tonight, weigh in tomorrow with the trainer! I have not weighed all week, so it will be a surprise!!! I better have lost!!! LOL Or he will get to see one of my tantrums!!! |

So I lost 3.5 he was thrilled he said I would have been in 2nd place for his contest this week, when he did the percentage. I showed I was down 5 but after the coffee drinking, water and clothing, I will take the 3.5. So he said keep at 1800 calories I stay around 70 carbs. He said not to be afraid of carbs LOL LOL LOL I said dude I need to be afraid of the carbs!!!!!
So we cut a ton of rocks today and made a bunch of pendants, it was a fun day!!!! Back to the grind, ughghghg |

Hey girls!!!! I am on the wagon man, I have to get this weight off, so I am doing it.
Eagles won, I won my first week of fantasy football by less than 1 point, I lost the first 3 by less than 10 each game,victory finally! LOL So much going on, but plugging away! Doing my early workouts, got 6 days in last week, so that is what I am shooting for!!! |
