Ok I survived one day now to get through another, no snacking last night, I kept it together and drank water all night. So yesterday I had a shake with coconut milk for breakfast, lunch I had chicken breast in a low carb tortilla with cheese and covered it in hot sauce then I went to the gym, then I had some mixed nuts, I measured 1/4 cup and put them away, then dinner was a roasted chicken breast, green beans in macadamia oil, then no snacks after dinner, I was fine! I have to get used to the boys crunching away with stuff and not be bothered by it, one bite here and there adds up. I can definitely tell I am not as strong when I eat VLC like this, I hate that, but in an effort to move weight on the scale I will keep putting up with it! I love my coffee with half and half and splenda so if it kills me it kills me, but I am drinking it! I also drank 3 cups of hot green tea, yuck, and of course over a gallon of water!!

I am down 2 pounds but now I am not going to weigh until Friday and keep my fingers crossed that it might be back under 200 good grief!

So today I have the gym, my PS sticks me and drains me, the seroma was lower last week it is pretty big again, spinning was hard on my core on Saturday and that is when it seemed to flare the standing and peddling was really pulling, so I will see what he says I am still very swollen and it is still so funny feeling, I am so ready to be done with it almost 3 months but it is what it is! Today I am going to do another 45 minute hill program and then work legs, need to do some walking lunges and squats, and burn some calories! I cant do my class since I have my doctors appt. Then I am hoping my hairdresser calls about me coming down to learn the facial machine at her salon! I have not done facials for 7 years since I went to school, so I need a refresher for sure!

Arggh I so hear you on getting a divorce on the peanut butter, I got a jar of the "Smart Balance" chunky but it needs to take a hike. Peanuts are really counterproductive to this WOE, they are legumes. They are not nuts. So I will ditch this one away, somewhere where the cashews are. (Hubby hid those, so I haven't had any since Superbowl!!)...

Well no word from the salon, did get the seroma drained. We have Robert's art show at school. So I am trying not to get too excited but I am excited, the recruiter called, that company had me take an OAD personality test thing, well they were so impressed that I knocked 6 people out of consideration, she said they are very interested in me, and now it is between me and a guy from Ohio, so she is waiting to get 2 possible dates when all the VP's and President is available and then I must go to DE and interview, she is recommending they pay for me to spend the night prior so I dont have a long drive and then the interview, OMG I am freaking it would be fantastic I am not sure of exact numbers but it could be double my old salary, DOUBLE!!!!!!!!

So then Tony calls and he is going to AZ and CA next week their office in AZ needs help and they want Tony to set it up, you know that is where we want to retire he said it may be sooner than that, I said good grief hun, we have the kids we cant just move with the ex's so I said lets take one thing at a time, it was an exciting day for sure!

We flew on the new Airbus to Europe - it is huge with 2 decks. We were in the upper deck. I thought it would take forever to get everyone on, but most went down the escalator and we went up Quite a plane!

So Tony will be gone several days next week, I am glad things are going well with him, if the interview comes up I will have to have Mom here but that is not an issue but as slow as this has been moving I figure it will be several weeks until I hear anything about the interview.

So today I must work on Rocks, we have our club's sale on Saturday you might remember the fancy display Tony made and we did one show, LOL Well this one I said we are outside if the stuff falls they will break so we are leaving them in the trays I need to price and label like 500 damn necklaces, I hate selling, I hate when people fondle stuff ask me a million questions and then dont fork $20 over, I would rather give it to them, LOL But he is hoping maybe seeing some pretty rocks will motivate me, I think when he is away I will make something!! LOL Geez if I remember how!

Sounds like a fun and relaxing hobby. I wish I was good at artsy/craftsy stuff like that. Have fun with the sale this weekend - here's to hoping you have good sales....
