OMG I know that is a killer and working til 5 OMG I hate that!!!!!!! But today was good boss was off so got to know some of the others better!!!! They all say the boss is just as she appears, they never heard her raise her voice, LOL So although it is painfully boring right now it is not bad, it could be worse, and frankly I am glad for a job with nice people!!!
The 5 am is rough, I am so beat by the end of the night that is for sure!!! |

Day 3 workout in no scale movement, good grief but I am keeping at it!!! Salad again for lunch, the beef breakfast worked well going to do that again it was 1 and I wasnt even hungry

Man, I'd love to eat a huge steak for breakfast in the morning!! That would definitely keep me full all day.
 Glad your boss is nice! Good luck! (PS. You need a remote starter for your car! Warm it up from inside the house. Saves me a ton of scraping in the winter.) |

Have a great day at work Amber!!! Glad you got to know the peeps at work better. I am never really hungry at lunch because I always make sure and eat a big breakfast. That way I can burn it off during the day. |

I have a remote start but now with the time crunch it will barely be enough time to get it warmed, I could not live without a remote starter!!! I have it on both cars, Tony doesnt have it and I laugh every time he runs out in the freezing to start his car!!!!

I would pluck a puppy for remote start!!! I need to look into that. My next car is coming with it!!! Its only like 99 bucks. Hmmmmm????

Gosh I am going to be glad for this first week to be done, it seems like a long freaking day! No weight loss which is just ticking me off and making me reevaluate the meaning of life yet again, LOL But I am working out, I guess I am going to chuck that scale and just focus on eating clean and exericsing and see what happens, and I hsve a feeling I better get content with where I am cause it doesnt seem to want to move without an act of congress!

Remember clothes fit is a much better indicator! Too many other factors go into scale weight.....

I lost a pound this morning, LOL I will take it!
Feeling proud 5 mornings of workouts in!!! I am liking the morning crew there is an old guy that works and he is so funny! TGIF, OMG I will be glad when this day is over, busy weekend!!!! SB_ Robert has a good schedule this year he was selected one of 22 kids out of almost 300 to try a new math class that is 6th grade math and the 7th grade algebra combined, the kids get to use Ipads it is hard and a lot of work, but he likes it, and he has nice teachers!!!!! There is a farmers market I have never been to over near my new job so I am going to check that out today for produce. Mom is having a B-day dinner for me on Sat, so I guess that will be my splurge, so I will either be up an enormous amount or down and be thrilled, it is always a guessing game, I feel good though so that is the main thing!!! Clothes are fitting better and I am sore so that should lead to something firming up! LOL Have a good weekend girls!

I like the whole get content with where you are mindset. You have done an awesome job! We are all trying to get to where you are. Working out and watching what you eat is all u can do. Try not to obess over it and enjoy your success. You have built muscle and it weighs more than fat. Your clothes fit and you feel good. Focus on the other positives and not just the number on the scale.

Gosh I wish I will be 44 on Tuesday!!!!
Work week over, can't say enough good things about my boss and co-workers I feel like finally I made a good decision!!!! They are so nice and I really respect my boss she is cool as a cucumber and has the nicest disposition! Today was the one guy's B-day I had no cake!!!!!!! I told her I don't want cake on Tuesday, she said OK!! We have a breakfast meeting on Monday I said bacon will be fine with me!!!! Cee- I am not doing Longjohns this year I am doing a Pellmans banana cake! I sort of hate bananas but I love this cake with white icing, LOL I am going to have one piece of that on Saturday at Mom's, she is getting those darn Red Lobster biscuits I said Mom you know they are crack to me, but Bobby loves them so they are for his B-day she says, LOL SHe is making seafood scampi over tortillini, I said fine, carb fest for sure, might trigger some weight loss since I have not eaten a lot this week being nervous!! How the hell do people work til 5:00???? It has been years since I did that, and man that is the worst by 3:30 I am done mentally!!!!! I feel good, I got all my workouts in, I love that you cant eat at your desk so I am being really strict with packing lunch and not snacking, that is a real plus!!! Need to work on better lunches though I was starving again this afternoon she heard my stomach growling, she is like go eat some cake, I said oh no!!! No cake, I was so proud not eating that cake!!!! Yard sale tomorrow, I hate yard sales but we cleaned RObert's playroom so he is getting his butt up and sitting out there, I hate them it is all his stuff!!! LOL Then baseball then Mom's for the party, then Sunday we have Tony's company family picnic, during the Eagles Game, I said who scheduled that??????? |
